Arrived bent out of shape. Advertised as suede. Labels states polyester. Mislead totally. Poor quality and would not recommend this site. Awful product

My parcel was not delivered to my address. I made a complaint. After receiving 2 emails stating they’d look into it I subsequently received an email saying it had been delivered. I contacted them again stating it had not been delivered and that I had checked with neighbours. Their email response was ‘kind regards’. Appalling customer service. Do not use FedEx
