Absolutely baffling customer service! Punished for using my insurance!
I have all my insurance policies with this company and have been a loyal customer. Today, I called to add a fourth insurance policy, fully expecting a straightforward conversation about expanding my business with them.
Instead, I was told they were unwilling to insure me further because I had made a claim last year following damage to my house caused by a third party.
Let that sink in. I pay for insurance, something happens to my property through no fault of my own, I use the insurance service I have been paying for, and apparently that makes me a customer they no longer want to do additional business with.
I even pointed out the absurdity of the situation: I was literally calling to give them more money and more business, and they refused.
I am genuinely flabbergasted. What exactly is the point of being a loyal customer and paying for insurance if actually needing to use it makes you undesirable?
An incredibly disappointing experience that has convinced me to not trust with any of my insurance policies going forward.

We had the pleasure of working with Jonas Just when our 'Ejerforening' was looking for a new housing insurance provider. He was consistently helpful and supportive throughout the process, and when we needed a document signed in person, he kindly stopped by on his way home from work since we weren't able to visit their office. This kind of service made the decision to switch to GF an easy one, and we feel confident and secure having them as our insurance provider.

Very bad and unhelpful staff
Very bad and unhelpful staff, no empathy and even in hard time when asked to simply cancel by insurance they need to try to sell new one for new place where I moved. They are frist one to aks for money but not necessarily there where they need to help, extreme bad experience with them - stay away !!

Excellent service from Sapan at GF Forsikring
We have been in the process of arranging several insurance policies for our new home, and Sapan has been outstanding throughout. He has always been very professional, kind and available, and he consistently responded to our emails quickly and with clear, useful answers.
What impressed us most was his punctuality and willingness to help with the practical details, always following up exactly as promised. It made the whole process much easier and gave us great confidence in choosing GF.

Slow service
Slow service. You get a link to attach documents and to write to the company about the problem and nothing happens there no “thank you for your post we are considering your case” it is like you are sending posts into a big black hole. You have to call and reiterate the communication.
