Very good customer service

First time doing this. Ordered on a Monday with credit card and immediately got approved. I chose DHL shipment 1-3 days.
Checked my email on Tuesday expecting a tracking number: nothing.
Contacted customer support (WhatsApp) and was told to wait until Thursday evening 19:00 and contact again if no tracking number.
Thursday evening: still no tracking number.
UPDATE#1
Today (Friday) received a message from a very friendly customer support person and he/she said my case is being worked on.
I'm sure they will straighten out the problem and I will someday receive the product
I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW AS NECESSARY

Edit:
It took awhile to arrive with DHL but I think it was more a problem with the pharmacy, DHL and the bad snowstorm at that time than getkong. Getkong definitely has excellent customer support. They even gave me a code for a free prescription because of the late delivery.

I have since ordered again and it arrived within 3 days with DHL
