The bouquet delivered was severely overpriced for the flowers sent and does not look like the picture it represents. Not to mention was delivered a day late. Very Very disappointed. Will not use again.

Ordered the large version of the bouquet. It look small and pitiful. Some of the flowers were already wilting the day it arrived. Won’t use this florist again.

These flowers were for my daughter on her deceased sons birthday. It was extremely important that ghey arrived on the day. They told me there was nothing they could fo to deliver them. In the entirety of Quebec City they couldn't find one person willing to deliver on a Thursday.? They delivered them the next day.... without the vase which it looked like it included... but the picture of what I was buying was deceiving! 66 dollars for 6 roses, no vase... big rip-off! 20 dollars for delivery... not refunded! This place is a scam beginning to end!

Although it was my mistake, you could have realized that there were 2 orders from the same person, to the same person, with the same credit card number, on the same date! And yet you let it go and charged me twice and sent two orders. Not very professional!

The purchase went super smoothly and the flowers were well kept during transport. We were very happy with them. The only downside was that the sunflowers were a not like on the pictures, they were mostly closed up which was a bummer because its her favorite flower. Maybe we're too far out of the sunflower season.

Well, the website said delivery same-day shipping if ordered before 1 p.m.
I ordered before that hr. So
Also said all Canada, it ended being the next day cause the address was out of the area.
My order was changed from a basket of flowers to a jar with less flower than it need to be.

Serious lack of inventory, in the end .Choice of flower replacements and size of super bouquet were highly disappointing

Terrible service, ordered flowers for a furneal and they never got delivered.

Flowers did not match remotely close to what was delivered and in the photos. Flower quality were disappointing.

Flowers were ordered on Oct, 26. They were delivered on the 28. 2 days after order date. We also had to correct the adress. I agree that Buckingham is not Montreal but it's not that far and it's on the Google mapˆ! And it's no reason to advertise delivery on the same day!
The least you could do is send me a credit for the next order...unless you prefer to reimburse me for the whole amount...! Jean-Guy Desgagné

The flowers were beautiful but were delivered 2 days later than expected. At least, this was in part compensated by the addition of complimentary chocolates and sweets.

When i placed the order on the friday it was promissing delivery the same day , 2 hours after i did place the order i receive an e-mail advising myself that it will not be deliver as promised but it will be deliver the next monday ,( three days after the order ) , since i needed to have the order deliver on the same day as promised i advised to cancel the order but the website did not want me to cancel the order , since i did placed the order on wrong promisses (same day delivery ) i really believe that i had the right to cancel the order because the site was not doing what they were advising to get the order

Delivery was prompt and the floral arrangement was beautiful.
