Edit 13 August: As a reaction on your reaction: If your definition of “normal wear” is such defects after wearing it two times and washing it once on delicate wash, you’re either not telling the truth or your quality standards are extremely low. I also told you a € 20 voucher brings me nothing, since I would have to use it on your low quality products.

Unfortunately a linnen trousers I bought on holiday in Napels was of real poor quality. Because after only three times wearing (and washing it on delicate) some stitches had come loose already while the fabric already looked ruffled.

I took it to a local tailor to get the stichting fixed and kindly asked Fusaro Antonio to reimburse me for the € 20 costs, since I obviously couldn’t return it from my country.

They offered me a € 20 coupon instead, which is worthless to me since I don’t need any new clothes and I already was let down by the quality. When I replied that to them, they never got back to me again.

I emailed them three or four times but they simply don’t respond anymore. I haven’t heard back from them for over a month now.

I don’t understand the high scores on this site, since their customer service is even worse than the quality of the trousers I bought.

As Belgian tourists, we were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service at Fusaro Antonio in Como. From the very first moment, we were treated with kindness, professionalism, and great respect. The order arrived on time, all was proper packed. The only topic, I did order 2 shirts one and same model and size, just different colors - one is a bit smaller and tighter than the other!

Amazing Italian men’s clothing!!I was staying on Lago di Como and spent a lot of time in Como itself. Friends and I stopped in their shop and found so many wonderful things to purchase. I gravitated to the bathing suites and purchased a few in multiple colors. When I returned to NYC, I loved the suites so much, I went on line and ordered 2 more. Not only was it easy to shop on their website, My order was delivered to me in NY in less than a week. Could’t have been easier and they will now be a go to for me. The quality and style can’t be beat! Bravo!!

Words cannot describe how much I love this coat from FusaroAntonio. It fits like a glove, and exudes style and maturity. In the States we don't have a robust sense of fashion, thus it is a pleasure to wear such a refined coat in my home country.

Bought my loafers from their store in Napoli in April. Just worn for the first time and they fit like glove. As good as my Tod’s but 20% of the price. Excellent well made shoes sold by a friendly and professional team. Chapeau Napoli.

I have bought plenty of clothes from this brand recently after in need of a complete wardrobe renewal. I stumbled across their store in Verona last year by accident. The clothes have very good fabrics. She shirts are very comfortable to wear. For me it's also a very good body fit. The prices are of good value. And I have received many positive comments about the very classic/classy style of especially jackets and suits. Asking where I bought it etc. The orders arrive quickly. I would absolutely recommend this store. And I will continue to order in the future.

Nice products, but the company sent me a very obviously wrong sized pair of pants in the shipment amongst other correct items. Their customer service was initially responsive and quickly admitted their error and promised a voucher for the amount of the erroneous item. But once I asked (twice!) about how I would receive the promised voucher, complete silence from their end, and more than 2 months later, I still haven't heard a peep from them!

I'm an American and wanted to find a great suit for my dad in Milan Italy today Kiara did an Amazing job she helped me figure out what I wanted narrowed down exactly his style and perfectly suggested what would look best on him her manger gave her a hard time which I found unnecessary the staff was kind and helped the best they could and we got out happy thank you so much Kiara. -Texas person

Ordered pants, shirt and an overcoat. The shirts and pants were better than I expected. However, the overcoat was incorrectly labeled: according to the listing it was 80% cashmere, 20% PA. What I received was listed as 55% wool, 35% PA and 10% cashmere. Under any direct light it glitters like a cheap polyesther piece, which is sad as the design, fit and finish itself is good, but due to this, it looks like cheap trash.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with Antonio Fusaro!

This was not my first order—I had purchased from them before, and my packages always arrived without any issues. That proves my address is correct and that someone is always present to receive deliveries.

This time, however, I was NEVER contacted by the courier company they claim delivered my package. The order simply NEVER arrived! Yet, despite their failure, they refused to refund the international shipping costs, essentially charging me for a service that was never fulfilled.

To make matters worse, their customer service was a complete disaster—rude, dismissive, and entirely unhelpful. They showed zero interest in resolving the situation.

Thankfully, I found a far better alternative—Luigi Fusaro, a brand that actually values its customers and delivers superior quality. Unlike Antonio Fusaro, Luigi Fusaro’s orders arrive flawlessly, every single time. That’s the difference between a brand that respects its clients and one that doesn’t.

I have never had any bad experience with Antonio Fusaro,never ever. On the contrary, I am always so happy to receive my clothing which looks great,which feels greats, has a great quality and a small price ! Love that !
