I bought a very basic software from them : a recent version of MS Outlook for Mac.
I paid €19.99 and received an outdated software. Impossible to open it.
I contacted their customer service: no response.
I filled out their form for a reimbursement : no response.
These people are scammers. Do not deal with them.
The company does not send a product key upon purchase, only a download and activation link. The supposed "perpetual license" for Office for Mac has suddenly expired after 3 years and is no longer usable. Without a product key, it can't be reactivated. Meager feedback from the company comes only after multiple inquiries and is not helpful, as they only refer to another link. Untrustworthy store, never again.
Unable to reactivate my MS Word license on a new device. I emailed Estarta, but no response : (

Good prices and everything worked well! I’d only have wished for a little more clarity/explanation while buying the product, about how the program download and code will be sent to me.
The installation is a bit fiddly and involves deleting old versions, installing the product, installing a separate license (from a link sent 4 hours after purchase), and multiple reboots. But the instructions are clear, the product works perfectly, and the price is excellent.
