Quick shipping. Quality products. Good price point. Only issue I have is the 30-day return policy. People are buying these appliances usually when remodeling a kitchen, which means they may not realize or know if the appliance will work for the available space until well after the 30 days.

Stay away from this company they have absolutely no clue of what they are doing. They send out the wrong merchandise and then take over 24 hours to respond. Chinese crap and service!

There is 0 customer service from this company. If there is a problem (and there was) you will recieve no support. They advertise a 2 year warranty and our cooktop failed in a year they would not answer a call a email or chat. We got screwed by this company

It took over two months from the time I ordered it,to the actual delivery of product.

ZERO STARS- WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. In trying to remodel my bathroom, I have purchased 4 bathtubs from Empava. Two of the tubs showed up with the wrong tub in the box, one was damaged with missing parts, and the fourth, I was emailed after ordering and taking my payment saying that it was back ordered and that it would arrive 2 months after the original delivery date. As bad as that all is, the worst part is the customer service, or lack of. I have spoken to the rep several times who "promised" to quick ship the missing parts for the damaged tub. I was willing to keep a damaged tub just to get my remodel complete, since getting a new replacement tub proved to be impossible. After waiting 3 weeks I have still not received the replacement parts. I have called and left messages and emailed daily, with no response. I have spent $2600, 4 times, and can't get what | need from this company. My bathroom model is on hold and the contractor is angry for the delays that this company has caused. To say that I wouldn't give this company two cents of my money is an understatement!! How they are in business is beyond me. I have owned a business for 25 years and this kind of customer service is unacceptable on every level.

They had the item I was looking for no problem everybody else seem to be going back order.

Quick and simple

Stovetop with only 2 burners that work. I contacted them, they told me to send a video. I sent a video that was over 2 weeks ago. No responses to any of my messages. What a joke. Avoid these guys

Very happy with the performance of the cooktop. Surprised to learn some of my stainless steel pots were not usable.

The site, was easy to use and the responses, clear and quick. Very efficient. Trusting the delivery will be on schedule as well.

We love this tub!! Empava designed it so well with how beautiful it is and has all the functions anyone could want in a whirlpool tub. It arrived in perfect condition and my husband installed it. The size is perfect also holding 58 gallons so not using too much water.The LED lights and glass side are two of my favorite features.Get this tub! You will love it also!

So far so good with the ordering process. I’ll rate my experience again, once the oven arrives and unpacking.

Your site said I estimated shipping would be Dec 17-19. Now it's not getting delivered until the 20th. which means the tenant is without a cooktop until the following Monday. If it's coming from NJ, there is absolutely no way it would have been here the next day.

Our old wall oven died. After some measuring I found I needed an oven that was 24" wide. Looking at several ovens online, I found this Empava 24WOA01 24" single wall oven and it did have a good rating and also had a good price! I ordered directly from the Empava website which got me an additional 5% discount and a full 4 year warranty. I also really like that this oven has three analog knobs: Temperature, Oven Function, and a Timer. I did NOT want some kind of all digital, WiFi equipped, touch-screen, overly-complicated oven. Another extra good thing about this oven is it is about 1/3 the price of a "name brand" oven!! And we also bought an extra rack for it - Which I recommend doing.
I placed my order and it got here a few days later. I opened the box and the oven appeared to be in perfect shape - Not a single dent or scratch! This was packaged very well. It also is a very nice looking appliance!!
After placing it on a table to look it over I discovered the first problem. When I closed the door, I could hear a glass rattling inside the door. NOT broken glass, but a pane of glass inside the door was loose. I looked in the manual and it showed how to remove the inner door glass which I did. The middle glass was completely loose. I was able to put it back where it belonged and got it securely held in place. I want to make clear I don't blame Empava for this. It was shipped 1/2 way across the country and I am sure it was a rough ride.
The oven was installed and that is where we found the next problem - Which I do blame Empava for!! The oven works perfectly except for one thing: The convection fan in the oven rattles - One of the blades is hitting something in there as it turns. If this was test run at the factory, I don't know how they could have missed this.
So here we are - It is all finished and installed and ready to go. What did we do?? We just ran it. After a while the rattling fan started to get quieter. I believe running it caused the fan to "self clearance" and it's getting quieter. And if it goes bad on me? Well I do have that 4 year warranty...
We followed the instructions and before cooking anything we cranked the heat up for a 1/2 hour and then let it cool down. This is done to burn off any odors or residue from when it was made. After that, it's ready for cooking.
And so far, the oven works great!! We love it!! If wasn't for the rattling convection fan - I would have given it 5 stars.
