Great quality and workmanship of product.

I ordered a huge wall fan and it was at a great price compared to Amazon, which was surprising. The first one got stuck in limbo somehow through USPS, so I reached out to Artera and a rep actually sent me a new replacement fan at no cost to me. When the first fan arrived later the postal clerk told me there was $35 postage due so I refused it knowing the second one was on the way. I was emailing back and forth with the rep this whole time, letting him know my frustration with the fan issue etc and he was prompt and helpful and interested in solving the issue. The second fan arrived and I loved it! This could have been a 3 or 4 star review for the shipping issues alone, but this is a five star review because of the great customer service response I received. Worth the trouble, worth the wait! Highly recommend…

Love the mirror! Great communications.

We bought the Eddy mirror, and we could not be happier! This mirror now hangs in our entryway/outside veranda. We only had it for a week, but the compliments have been many!!!!! It has that coastal vibe we were looking for. It not only looks terrific, but the customer service from this small company was the biggest standout! Packed and shipped perfectly. This is not a one-time purchase for us; we plan to order from this company again in the very near future!

I got wall decor and love it! So quality and chic piece

The baskets are heavy and well made. But, I purchased them because of the designs shown on the picture. The baskets I received have no or very little geometric design. I bought them for a summer home I recently acquired, and didn't open the box until recently. Not sure if I will take them there as my plan was to adorn some wall space with the lovely designs

What an amazing experience to deal with a customer service from this company! I wish every company was run this way! I received a beautiful mirror and have had nothing but compliments on it! Can’t wait to make another purchase from ARTERA HOME!

I am still waiting for my shipment that was due on the 9th this no response from anyone as to where it might be.

I really love the design of the wall art. They work perfectly on my wall and with my decor.

Said could double as a stool,the rim is flimsy bamboo and if you put an adult on that seat the weight would damage the rim,it is not strong enough. Shipping took a long time as well.

I had a free shipping discount that was missed. It wasn't applied post purchase and customer service was horrible

I haven't received my order and I wasn't told it was lost until I reached out looking for it. I've been told it will reship but have not been advised when that will occur.

Wall baskets arrived very late. When I opened. One of the wall basket was damaged. Tried emailing. No response. Tried messaging through Instagram. No answer. Very disappointed. I bought these because they looked beautiful but there is absolutely no customer service.

Love the way you tell the whole story of how your p er inducts are made. Love that you continued to update me after I place my order & sent me a picture of the woman who made my wall hangings!!

Mirror is broken, arrived in several pieces

The quality of the baskets are great and it looks amazing on the wall in my entryway and the price was decent not expensive would definitely purchase from Ayer’s Home again for h waitvi already did thank you 😊

Such a dragged on wait to get my stuff. Took so long to get my order shipped, customer service was not the best, and now dealing with customs and having to pay for it because I was told by USPS that you guys are using fake labels. Let your customers know about paying for customs. Will never be buying from here again. Not worth the hassle.
