Poor after sales service

This is the worst after sales service company!!!
I have bought an air-conditioning system for the whole house in 2021 and since had problems for service appointments even when it is within the warranty period.
In 2025 the technicians did not come for the service and we had to call three times to the company.
February 2026 an appointment was given for the service but no one turned up. Again we had to make appointment. In May 2026 they came for service but could not service it saying the technician did not bring the correct equipment. Another appointment was needed and in June the technician came but went saying the unit needs to be replaced. Another appointment was needed. On 01 July the technician came and could not get the unit to working and left saying that they were instructed to work only couple of hours. This is unbelievable!!!!. IF ANY RESPONSIBLE STAFF FROM THIS COMPANY IS READING THIS PLEASE TAKE ACTION!!!
I will not recommend anyone to buy anything from here. No staff working there is responsible

Do not buy from here

Do not buy from here! They do not deliver to your door! They left the package in front of the building. I had to bring it up myself, even though I had a broken arm.

Additionally they don't answer their e-mails, only communicating through WhatsApp.

Furthermore, they demand you be home all day, necessitating taking a full day off work. They can't schedule a tighter time frame.

Never again.

Household appliance paradise in the new Elektro-Shop Köck branch

Have you visited the new Electro-Shop Köck branch at Seestadtstrasse 10, 1220 Vienna?
I was interested to see it and left with a new washing machine in my "pocket". Why?
Magic large showroom, the lowest price on the Internet level, professional advice and friendly service from the staff and personally from the branch manager Ms. Ostojic.
Couldn it be better?
Yes, it was even a little better.
I was given one of the best cappuccinos I've had this year, with foam and chocolate sprinkles, served at a good restaurant level.
It's just one "home appliance paradise".
