Brilliant service and products. Communications were very good.

The beautiful glasses arrived on time. They were very well packed to avoid breakage. And they're absolutely stunning glassware.

Absolutely terrible Delivery Service. Almost a week late for the supposed Delivery date. Evri didn't know what was going on. And up to this day still hasn't arrived!

The quality of the product - cake covers, being kept in touch with when the delivery would be made and the efficient way my order was handled from start to finish.

Fast, reliable service, quality product and the customer service was exceptional.

Drinkstuff has a good selection of drink related products that makes this a one stop shop for me. I'm an occasional buyer but always use Drinkstuff because getting older means it's a real pain having to go to a physical store.

I wanted to freshen up my glassware as over the years items get broken and buy some fruity cocktail mixes to try as in the lasting heat we've been having a nice cocktail goes down a treat.

I'm a creature of habit and am trying to get into the habit of having more cocktails (and not just on cruises) as a change from just wine. So, I'll be ordering more regularly in the future.

Great product at a great price and super fast delivery

Glad to find this website. I ordered some flavoured syrups that I couldn’t find in my local supermarket. Delivery was quick and the parcel was very well packed.
Cocktails were delicious! 😁

Our parcel disappeared with Evri but Drinkstuff sent another one to be delivered the next day by DPD. Excellent customer service. The glasses are lovely.

Excellent service with quick delivery and some items that you cannot find elsewhere.

Ordered a few time now from DrinkStuff and each time its been great. Easy to find what you want on the website and very easy to order. Each time I have ordered its arrived on time and in perfect condition, everything is well wrapped.

This time however I over ordered one item, my fault entirely. So dropped them an email about returning some items, seemed that was no problem. Filled in a form and Stacey arranged a pickup by DPD easy, cost £10. I could have sent it back cheaper via the Post Office but rather not wait an hour in line to do that carrying a big box.

So everything worked out well, DrinkStuff customer services were great. Cost me an extra £10 but that was my fault. Will be more careful next time.

So order placed on a 3-5 day delivery, after 7 days no delivery. Called and and was told the courier was returning the parcel, they would check the parcel and resend, 5 days later no delivery, no confirmation of dispatch and no tracking information. Pretty poor really.
