I buy an Apple Watch SE 2. Battery has 100% condition. Watch looks like factory new. No scratches, two stripes, charger, original package. Perfect transaction, im sure not for the last time.

DHL delivered my package 3 days late
DHL delivered my package 3 days late. They didn’t give me any update or reason for this delay. I will never order anything from any shop delegating their delivery to DHL.

You are lucky if you get what you order
I ordered two items, they were promised in 1-2 working days. Items were delivered on time, however only one was what I ordered, second was something else. Tomorrow, they will pick up the wrong item, still no information when the item I ordered will come and it has been a week since order.

The worst company I've ever worked…
The worst company I've ever worked with. On February 26th, I ordered an item that had a delivery date of 1-2 business days in the description. On March 3rd, after receiving no further information, I emailed to inquire about my order. They responded by saying they were out of stock and my order would be delivered after March 16th. So I responded and asked to cancel my order because the wait time was too long. They responded by saying cancellation wasn't possible and that I had to wait for the product. I received the product after 13 business days (19 days). I don't recommend them. Respond to the email after 2 days. Never again.

On the rare occasion something has gone wrong, the solution provided by the company has been satisfactory. We will continue to do online orders. The only downside is that the cost of shipping has gone up recently, with no option for free delivery with larger orders.
