Train between Celle and Hamburg Harburg (duration: more than one and a half hour): almost all toilets are out of order and those which are open are so dirty that you can't use them.
This is the worst railway company. Always late and cancel trains every day.
Most worst coustmer service experience in this Metronom from Hannover to Göttingen around 21:40 Service employee behaves that train belong to his father, VVV bad Service, loud & disrespectful staff....there is nothing to complain how many time trains cancel or delay CZ now it's part of German culture...shame deutsche Bahn
Despite its reduced offering, the Metronom Railway Company is unable to offer a reliable timetable.
In detail: 2:58 p.m. from Bremen to HH has been cancelled due to reduced availibility of staff.
3:33 p.m. from Bremen to HH has been canceled.
4:33 p.m. from Bremen to HH about 40 minutes late.
5:33 p.m. from Bremen to HH has been canceled.
However, boarding on the RB41 was refused due to capacity problems (two carriages were out of order!?)
In addition, the RB41 currently runs only to Harburg instead of HH main station.
The metronom must hand over individual services to third-party providers or release long-distance trains in the event of a failure. These conditions are unacceptable and I have never thought Germany would be like this.
From November 1st, 2023 I will no longer use public transport in Lower Saxony/Bremen. Thank you.
Never on-time. Never follows the schedule correctly. This is the worst transport company ever. Dirty train as well.
