Good experience

I got my product the next day.

Excellent and very professional service! I ordered a built-in oven and the whole process was flawless. They informed me the day before, and I received the product within just one working day. The delivery was fast, the item arrived in perfect condition, and I was completely satisfied. I will definitely choose them again!

Good attitude to client.
I did an order online, but it appeared that ordered washing machine was not in store stock and my delivery postponed to the date when I had a flight, because it was needed to be delivered from manufacturer. They tried to be in my shoes and during discussion about order proposed options for me where one of them is delivery to me at first order on the day of flight, and they kept their word, and delivery was exactly at time they said. But it’s my story with store.

very bad experience, I had to ask for refund after 3 failed deliveries almost one month after the order (fridge was in stock). Waste of energy, time and money. They confirmed delivery but I never got delivered, they dont deliver on promises so we cannot trust their service.
I hope at least they will refund quickly!

I ordered dryer after hearing about this family owned business. Unfortunately the order could not be fullfiled because the unit was not in stock. The refill was expected to be done in 1 month so i requested the client service to help out. Immediately they reached out with other possible options genuinely trying to help and cancelled the order when no agreement could be reached because the other items were of a higher price than what i wanted.

I will for sure buy from them if and when i have requirements.

The purchase with the store was fine, but the delivery was not good.
First os all they set a timeframe and arrived almost 2 hours late.
Then, I paid a service to install the equipment and it says - clearly - on the wesite that they would also install the door of the cabinet. When the delivery guy came in, he installed the equipment but refused to install the door saying that it does not fit.
I had to call the kitchen company to do the service and pay additiona EUR 215 for a service that he was supposed to do.

Due to a miscommunication, the company worked with me to get our washer delivered ASAP. Excellent customer service by phone and from the delivery guys who brought and installed it.

Very bad experience. The website announced that the product would be sent in 2-3 days. After more than 10 days of waiting for it, they finally called me to arrange the delivery and installation. I got a day off from my job to be there and nobody came. I called them and they told me that they did not call me (which was completely false). Then, it took another additional 10 days to be delivered and installed. So, apart from accusing me of being a liar, the 2-3 days became almost a month.

Efficient and helpful. To be highly recommended.

Fast delivery, all according to the order. Nice and clear communication.

As title says, no complaints

Everything was OK, and they solved all the problems of the logistics.

It took a bit long to get our order but that was not the fault of de schouw. Delivery was timely, well communicated and the delivery men were extremely helpful and considerate.

I ordered a Samsung Oven from De Schouw Witgoed on 19feb (today is 17th march). I still have not received delivery. Before ordering I called to check if it is in stock (it was not in stock with others), and only ordered after confirmation. Further, immediately after ordering, i checked again and was confirmed the delivery will happen on 25th feb. However, we didn't receive that day. After checking with customer care got the response "cannot do anything, sorry! Do you want to cancel order?" and told to check on 15th march. no update still. Old oven is out and waiting to be removed. Not happy with the customer service. Did not expect this from De Schouw Witgoed.
