Easy to keep hydrated with Dash - so many flavours - perfect to put into a little cold bag.

It's remarkable that there aren't more imitations - refreshing, tasty and healthy. Service is spot on - when the website did things I didn't expect it to, everything was corrected immediately and without having to repeat myself. They bend over backwards to keep your trust.

So reliably not sweet, dress it up in a fancy glass and a garnish and it seems almost like a cocktail. We've just had a private view of our art work and these drinks are such a lovely way to offer an alternative to alcohol.

I tried dash grapefruit the other day and thought it was fantastic. Really subtle grapefruit flavoured sparkling water. I really liked that it wasn’t overly sweet or synthetic like a lot of fizzy drinks. I’m looking forward to trying the other flavours.

We love these, we've given up other fizzy drinks in favour if these DASH ones. Flavours are great, my favourite is the mint & cucumber. You need to try it for yourself, you'll love them I am sure! Customer service has been great, prices are good, delivery has been great.

I love this ! The variety of flavours is great. Subscription prices are cheaper than one off purchases so I do this for a better deal. Yes it’s not as sweet as “fizzy pop” but it’s water with natural flavours and as such I don’t agree with other reviews that it is tasteless. Overall I think it’s a great option if you’re looking for something healthier than sugar filled fizzy drinks.

Grandchildren love these drinks . So refreshing and tasty. All the flavors were tried and each had their own preferred flavor.Needed to speak with Customer Services and they were so helpful and resolved a order placed promptly and efficiently. Definitely recommend you try this Product as you will go back for more .

My summer go to for refreshing beverages. DASH never fails as a healthy hydration pit-stop. The subtle flavouring and range are varied and exciting - with a little touch of sparkle, without bloating.
Overall, a cool drink for any occasion!

I am a subscriber and find that I can easily drink these versus tap water so keep myself hydrated. Using a subscription, that I can amend if I need to, is just so easy - plus no carrying heavy cans and lots of choice buying approx once a month!

I absolutely love the taste of the Raspberry flavour! I added some ice and fresh blueberries to my glass, and they complemented the drink so well. The quality of the water is honestly 10/10!

I also love the colours and design of the DASH cans — they’re so bright, fun and eye-catching. Another thing I really like is how accessible DASH is, as you can easily find it in various supermarkets as well as online.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with DASH and would highly recommend it!

A little sparkle during chemotherapy 💧❤️

I discovered DASH Water in June 2026, at the beginning of my chemotherapy treatment and it has genuinely helped me drink more and stay hydrated. When plain water becomes a bit boring, having something cold, refreshing and fizzy has made such a difference.

Raspberry is my favourite of the flavours I’ve tried so far, although I haven’t worked my way through the whole range yet — I’m looking forward to trying the others!

DASH has become a regular part of what I jokingly call my “chemo hydration team”, and it’s one of those little discoveries that has made everyday life during treatment that bit easier.

I also really like the ethos behind using wonky fruit that might otherwise go to waste. I discovered DASH at a time when the little things genuinely matter, and I can see myself continuing to buy it long after my treatment is finished. I also LOVE that there’s no sugar or artificial sweeteners or anything chemical in it. This is so great as many no sugar drinks are full of sweeteners which I can’t have, because I don’t like sweeteners.

The customer service is amazing too! I had a question and they replied quickly and it wasn’t a canned reply.

I only wish I’d discovered the 50% promotion in time! 😂❤️

I love Dash water! It's so tasty and a great alternative to all the usual sugary fizzy drinks. Customer service is also excellent.
