Citalia made our our dream holiday a reality. We told them what we wanted to do and they came back with excellent suggestions. After a little tweaking everything was booked with absolutely no stress. We're near the end of our stay in Italy now and everything has gone like clockwork. Would definitely book with Citalia again.

Booked a bespoke holiday for husbands 70th birthday. I wanted a specific town on The Almalfi Coast. I also wanted 2 very specific hotels , one for 3 nights and a different one for 4 nights. Because it was a very special occasion I was luckily able to pay extra for small details , such as chauffeur transfer. Citalia offered me lots of options . It all worked like a dream.

Good customer service.

I was booking a short break to Florence and the booking team member was so helpful and recommended the same hotel I had looked at online. We sorted out the details very quickly and are now booked for November. Can't wait!

Citalia are very helpful and we have booked with them previously. I prefer to book over the phone and Richie, the agent, helped us find the right holiday at short notice. He was easy to talk to and listened to what we said, and patient with our particular requests, also very efficient. He made the process of finding the right holiday very easy.

Have used Linda Kulka at Citalia before when booking a holiday in Italy, so had no hesitation in giving her the task of finding hotels and flights for a surprise holiday in Rome for my wife's 70th birthday.

Once again, Linda took the brief and quickly came up with some options based on my stated criteria. After a few email exchanges and then a single phone call, everything was sorted and booked.
