Non Existant Customer Service
Purchased an Epson XP-15000 printer on the 14th August. It started to fall apart by the end of August. Cartridge People say it has nothing to do with them, despite the UK law saying I must return it to them for a refund or replacement. Customer service is not in today.

I recently ordered cartridges from Cartridge People for the first time, after seeing so many positive reviews online — and I’m happy to say I wasn’t disappointed! 🙂
They have a great choice of printer cartridges, including both original brands and their own alternatives. Delivery was quick and the cartridges arrived well packaged.
I had a small issue installing the cartridges, but Sam from Customer Services was extremely helpful and professional. Sam supported me by both email and phone and did everything possible to help resolve the issue.
Excellent customer service and a great experience overall. Highly recommended! 👍

I rang to query my recent order and was put through to Sam who was very helpful, friendly and professional. He got the information that I required in the blink of an eye. During the call Sam gave me additional advice regarding my particular printer and the use of third party cartridges. For my next order I will be going down that route having been reassured regarding full compatibility and what would happen if anything went wrong with the printer.

Efficient and personable service
Placed an order with Cartridge People as they offered the best price for the toner I needed.
Ordering was straight forward with a confirmation email being received almost immediately.
Item was posted out the same day with delivery due with DPD. DPD tracking information was also provided.
I had issues with the delivery, this was due to DPD not Cartridge People. Contacted Cartridge People regarding this and they found a solution the same day.
I would definitely purchase from them again, it was nice to receive such an efficient, personable service.

Excellent own-brand toners for printers. Far cheaper than the official toners, and have just as good printing quality. Their printer guarantee is also spot-on. Will continue to use in the future!

I informed Cartridge People that some of the cartridges that I received were 'Not Recognised' by my printer.
Melanie replied promptly with a possible fix for this and when that didn't work arranged an immediate credit on my account.

As expected Evri failed to deliver my order. Emailed Cartridge people and Simon in Customer Service sorted it ASAP. I normally buy genuine HP cartridges but was persuaded to buy Cartridge People's own make. I've tried a couple of A1 prints and they're looking good. One hell of a price difference as well. If they carry on to deliver until empty I'll be buying more. Thank you.

I’ve used Cartridge People several times now and have always been very happy with both their service and their prices. On the one occasion when something went wrong with a delivery, they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, responded very quickly and dealt with the problem in such a friendly and personal way.
