I orderd a notebook but i cant come in windows who is Piet ridderhof i cant enter a pincode he is still logged in
I have a Black view Rock 3. Owned it for 3 days. And it's rubbish. (Compare to my Motorola edge 30 pro.) Wrote to Black view asking for a refund. Stated I'd have to send it in to check first and only if a fault is found then they'd consider a refund. I'm guessing the diagnosis will be nothing wrong with it.
I'm not sure what's wrong with it but it's laggy. Very laggy. I mean early 2000s laggy. Ie. Apps screen and scrolling through just jumpy. Wifi keeps dropping out. When you want to clean all apps on the tab, you press it and it doesn't work. You have to do manually . Also when you're in messages and want to send a picture by pressing the + button in the message box, it's dark as hell. You have to go through the camera and then send a message. What a load of rubbish. So much for the new phone being quicker. Maybe it's because it's an android 16 that hasn't been updated since sometime in 2025. That's what the phone is telling me anyway.
And the Bluetooth is on according to the top left notification but in the menu settings it says it's off. (I can link things) This phone reminds me of a cheap chinese phone I once owned wrapped up in a sturdy case with old technology. (This is no dig at the Chinese. I've always been impressed with their tech it's just the the other phone was made there)
The problem here is it's not cheap. I would not recommend. As for the lagging, I'll put it on YouTube to demonstrate the issue with a buyers beware warning. Can't be bothered with sending it in. Ive done that before to another phone and it "never arrived"
Order a new flagship phone explore 2 because it was not available in my country jet.
Waited 3 months to arrive.
to customs they declared a value of 45$ while the real value was x10
customs hold it, i could pay a fine of 300$, and they promised to reimburse 50%. when all came together, they said in their system the phone was not delivered, so they could not reimburse. and on top (in case it would shown delivered) they asked for a reciept of payment for the fine payed to the customs... knowing very well that customs dont give reciepts!
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE! LOOK FOR A STORE IN YOUR COUNTRY OR CONTINENT!!!!!!
(Rewriting the review. I didn't reply in time because I didn't have my phone.)
I bought the flagship Xplore 2 and after only 3 days of use, the main camera stopped working. The internal hardware test shows a "FAIL" for the rear sensor. It is my second Blackview with hardware problems. Be careful if you are an international buyer, as their Quality Control seems to be failing. I am waiting for a solution from the support team to see if they actually stand behind their warranty.
On top of the hardware failure, the customer support is extremely slow. I have been waiting for a resolution since March 17th. It is unacceptable to leave a customer with a 433 Euro paperweight and no answers for a week. Total lack of respect for the consumer.
I spent extra money shipping the device from Brazil to Spain, the bureaucracy was difficult, and the device still has the exact same defect. My issue was not resolved. In fact, it seems worse now, as visual artifacts frequently appear on the screen right after the camera app crashes.

Blocked at server level
Another update, because the situation has now become almost absurd.
Blackview continues to find the time to monitor my online reviews and post public replies apologising, promising to prioritise my case and assuring readers that someone will personally take responsibility for resolving it.
Yet I am STILL blocked by Blackview on Facebook.
Think about that for a moment.
Blackview can find my reviews.
Blackview can publicly reply to my reviews.
Blackview can repeatedly promise to take responsibility for my case.
But apparently nobody can simply lift the Facebook block or ask the senior members of the customer service team who are already fully aware of this case to actually respond to me.
In particular, I am still waiting for a meaningful response from Canthy, the Customer Service Manager, despite the extensive history of this complaint and the countless messages and emails I have already sent.
This issue has been ongoing since 1 January 2026.
At this point, I do not need another public apology. I do not need another generic invitation to "contact us directly." I have already done that. Repeatedly. For months.
What I would like Blackview to explain publicly is this:
Why do you repeatedly find the time to respond to my negative reviews, but not to actually resolve the complaint behind them?
Why am I still blocked on Facebook while you publicly claim to want to communicate with me?
Why has nobody ensured that the senior customer service representatives already involved in this case—including Canthy, the Customer Service Manager —actually respond?
And why should anyone reading these public promises believe them when the previous promises have still not resulted in a resolution?
The contrast is becoming impossible to ignore.
Blackview appears remarkably responsive when the conversation is public. My experience once the conversation moves away from public view has been very different.
So please, no more copy-and-paste apologies. No more promises that someone will "personally take responsibility." No more telling me to contact you privately when I have already spent more than six months trying to do exactly that.
Unblock me.
Read the existing correspondence.
Ask the senior staff already involved to respond.
And resolve the complaint.
Surely that would take less time than repeatedly writing public replies explaining how seriously you claim to take it.
Here's a polished Trustpilot review you can post:
**Very disappointing warranty support**
I bought a Blackview Xplore 2, and only three months after receiving it, the phone was damaged after being submerged in **less than 1 meter of water for under 10 minutes**, with **all seals properly closed**. A rugged phone advertised with water resistance should not fail under those conditions.
After contacting customer support, I was instructed to send the phone to their warehouse in Germany for inspection. I shipped it at the beginning of May.
After it was delivered, Blackview refused to confirm that they had received it. They told me to file a claim with the postal service instead. Once the postal investigation confirmed the package had been delivered, I expected the warranty process to move forward.
Instead, I have been receiving only vague replies to my emails, and many of my messages are simply ignored. It is now the middle of July, more than two months since they received the device, and I still have no repair, replacement, refund, or even a clear update on my case.
The product failing so quickly is disappointing, but the after-sales support has been even worse. If you are considering buying a Blackview product, be aware that warranty service may be extremely slow and difficult to deal with.
If you'd like, I can also make it **shorter and sharper** (more impactful for Trustpilot) or **more formal and factual**.
Poor customer service, the smart watch I received didn't match the one advertised, poor customer service all round, just a money hungry company who dish out sub standard, very poor quality products
Do not ever return to them a package pre-paid, always make sure they pay for the shipping on arrival,
because if they say they will refund when the item is in the warehouse then that's a lie, just as much as the promise of contact and to resolve at the customer satisfaction.
We are in the construction industry and purchased 45 phones based on the promise that they were rugged, durable devices suitable for demanding site conditions, with cameras capable of producing high-quality photos for job documentation. Unfortunately, our experience has been the opposite. Of the 45 units purchased, at least 15 have developed faults serious enough to be taken out of service. We have experienced cameras fogging internally, phones randomly taking upside-down photos, lanyard attachment points breaking during normal use, which is particularly concerning when working at heights, screens going completely blank, and devices becoming unusable with no way to restart them. Overall, the reliability of these phones has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend them to other businesses. To make matters worse, when we raised these issues, the response from customer service was unhelpful and focused on deflecting responsibility rather than assisting with what appears to be a widespread product quality problem.
Good phone software is annoying. Be prepared to have adware included with the phone. System wallpaper and sports notifications are forced on and cannot be turned off.

I bought a 8400 pro blackview in july 2025 in Spain. The usb connector is broken, no charging. They told me that there is no warranty because I purchased in a shop and not on line! At the end they offered me to send me a new connector (10 euro) from UK and to go to a repairing shop. In the meanwhile I brouht it to a local shop. They easily changed the connector but now it is no more waterproof and it works onlt one day. Maybe the part is nor compatible or difficult to repair it. I DO not recommend Blackview

I bought a Blackview Hero flip phone because my husband has a Blackview phone, not a flip phone, and is very pleased with it.
2 days after receiving the phone I dropped it which resulted in damage to the hinge. When I tried to unfold the phone the screen became detached from the body of the phone , the phone is now unusable.
I realise I dropped the phone but I have dropped my Samsung on numerous occasions and it has continued to function. Had I known that the hinge was so vulnerable I would not have purchased this phone.
Blackview are not interested in helping at all.
Very disappointing.

Black view contacted me through trustpilot in June implying they were interested in my experience and that they wanted to help to resolve my complaint. I haven't heard from them since!
Even more disappointing.

Got my First Blackview BV8800 in 2022 - May. It has been 4 years of use, and underwent all types of abuse and still survived. Specially because it was pounded by my 2 year old at that time and still survived. Went into water multiple times but still works fine. 8GB and Octo core it was unstoppable. I have installed massive applications and it never lag or stalls. It has True Night vision that you can see in the pitch dark. I love the phone and highly recommended.
My phone arrived quickly and seemed fine until I tried to use the NFC part of it. No matter what I tried it didn't work so I contacted tech support. They messed me around for over a week with codes that didn't work, they either couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions about what was going on and their answers to the fix and the two year warranty to the phone came with was send it back to where you bought it and get your money back. I personally don't think they had the slightest Idea of how to fix the phone.

First black view I brought was good, till I broke the screen,my fault,so I brought a more expensive one,,,what a piece of crap,,in two months it's all over the shop, screen turns orange, switch's of by itself, then flashs black view constantly then when I finally turns on just does all sorts of weird stuff, with some small messages on top of the screen, half the time when it does work, doesn't ring often, changes settings, does my head it,,going brand name, never again

I ordered Blackview DCM6 on February 14, 2026 (Order #PO50763, 1,798 DKK). 49 days later — no parcel, no refund. Tracking 4PX3002524921547CN dead since March 3. Danish carrier DAO confirmed they never physically received it. I contacted support multiple times via chat and email. No resolution. This is unacceptable for a company selling to EU customers.

I purchased a Blackview N6000 Phone some time ago. It's software is out of date and it comes with a lot of bloatware/malware. I accept that, can remove those and it's otherwise OK.
I have started receiving advertisements from the preinstalled applications that I cannot remove through the normal Android interface, nor via ADB. I do not care for "sparktube dramas", "redeeming Amazon giftcards for points", and whatever else they deem to send my way.
Another thing to consider is that there is no way to to purchase spare parts for this phone. While it may be a durable phone (Except for the parts I've glued back together), once it's broken you are completely out of luck.
Just buy a cheap Oppo or Samsung device and get a case + screen protector. You'll have a better experience for the same cost.
