I have more than 30 years experience with antivirus companies, many start good and eventually fail through selling the 'all inclusive package'.
My experience with Bitdefender suggests to me that if needed there is actually somebody there to help.

I was about to contact customer support when the chatbot suddenly offered to help. I asked what I had done wrong when trying to activate a subscription on my Windows server.

Eventually, I realized that I needed to purchase a Small Business Security subscription for my business needs. The chatbot asked about my requirements and recommended a suitable subscription for me.

As a result, I’m very happy with this kind of support. It really helped me save time and made my day.

The product works great, but many products do. It is when there is problem that you really know if it is as good as expected. When such problems occurred, Bitdefender team was very responsive in solving the problem.

My question was answered with no problems. I needed instruction on how to turn off Bitdefender in order to install software for a Scanner. My understanding Microsoft is blocking the installation with some of its components. I was able to get the scanner to work without access to all of its features.

I've been using Bitdefender on all my family computers for over 4 years, it has protected me from attacks on countless occasions. I also use Bitdefender VPN and consider both well worth the price. I've tried other VPN's that caused significant performance issues. With Bitdefender, I don't see any hit to performance.

I'm using Bitdefender on 5 devices for several years. I had a request regarding deleting one device and adding another. Customer service contacted me extremely fast and gave me all help I needed. They also followed up to see if my problem was solved or if I need more help. Bitdefender is not only an outstanding product but they also have outstanding customer service!

I use the Premium Security package since a couple of years and feel me very well protected, due to the program features like anti virus, identity checks, pass key etc.
Also, good and fast support in case of questions and System Problems.
