The sellers on this site are scammers. They contact you directly as “biletwise specialists” so you have not even bought the tickets from another party. They then ask for full details of your passo account including login details.

Then they ask you to add money to your pre paid card, which they spend. They are scammers and I would recommend to buy anywhere else.

Tickets are delivered on event day few hours closed to concert but i see it was not about biletwise. Thanks anyway its a trusted service.

I found on-line that they sell tickets for a football match in Turkish premier League. I bought one ticket for aprox 55 euros: 45 euros the ticket and 10 euros web site 's taxes. I payed on-line. The next day I wrote them to transfer the ticket in my Turkish supporter account. They replied that they need my user and password for that account. Because I wanted to go to the match one time, being a tourist, I gave it to them. After they wrote that I have to deposit 90 euros in that supporter account because it was mandatory! I searched on-line and asked AI and of course they were lying... I warn you never get involved with them ! It's a scam!

€11.7k cancelled. No tickets. No refund.

I bought four World Cup ticket orders from Biletwise for €11,671.52.

Biletwise cancelled because they could not deliver the tickets. Fine — things happen. But the refund never arrived.

First they told me it had already been processed. Later, their own Finance team admitted in writing that it was still “pending” due to a possible issue with their bank and promised payment within 10 days.

That deadline passed. Still no refund.

I’ve now tried multiple channels and email addresses. Instead of a solution: radio silence and rejected emails.

I’m not calling this a scam. I’m just stating the facts:

Cancelled by Biletwise. No service. Refund acknowledged. €11.7k still missing.

I’ll gladly update this review the moment the money is actually returned.
