Burger King is the ultimate rip off

Burger King is the ultimate rip off
Burger King is the ultimate rip off, what they charge, you can buy a carvery pub lunch for. Its an absolute Joke. Their burgers are now god awful, as for the so called loaded fries! The throw rubbery cheese and burnt bacon on them and charge a fortune! I will never eat their junk food again. Golden Arches is better and thats really saying something!

We do notice portion sizes. I do not think individual stores are…

I do not think individual stores vary greatly with regard to portion size. Culverhouse Cross Cardiff is clean and friendly so no complaints there. My issue is with Burger King’s disappearing portion sizes.
The Caesar salad I ordered yesterday did not cover the bottom of the box - 3 of the thinnest tomato pieces it is possible to cut, a level teaspoon of crunchy onion and a kid’s handful of lettuce. It was truly shocking, nothing like the picture on the kiosk and priced at over £3!!!. I returned it to the counter assistant and we communicated non-verbally as the appearance said it all. He then communicated in the same style with the manager, who seemed on a mission to put it right … but returned with the same salad in the same box! I said that I was not being ripped off and received a refund.
In the same vein, their ‘regular’ fries are smaller than McD’s small portion and their hamburger is much more expensive than McD’s equivalent (we thought we were going to have something decent for the price). The paltry 5 sticks of halloumi (over £5!) were in pieces at the bottom of the bag. I do not think the pieces even made up 5 whole sticks.
We spent over £20 for astonishingly little food and left hungry and angry. We went to McD’s across the road - think about it - how bad is that.
If Burger King carries on with their mean, and misrepresented, portions they are on target for being the next beloved UK chain to bite the dust.
They are really taking us for fools.

Burger King stane retail park…

Burger King stane retail park Colchester

The staff are treated appallingly
They hardly get any breaks are held back after there shifts to finish up. One manager who is known for breaking the law regarding breaks asked my daughter if she has ADHD the other day and called her stupid another time, you have another shift lead that had multiple accusations regarding young girls and served gone off bread to customers this store needs to be looked at. Please do not let your children work in this store

Southampton Burgate restaurant 24 hrs on the John

Southampton Burgate restaurant
Visited yesterday and should have followed my gut instinct when mett with dirty doors on entrance dirty tables full of rubbish and when ordering on the dirty screen no receipt so didnt know order number as was expecting a ticket ! Then when order recognised we had to go to a DIY drinks machine which was only dispensing one type of drink as the other 8 were out had to go see staff who came out and confirmed the others were not available! We settled for not what we wanted ! The food was luke warm chips undercooked and the cheese sauce with bacon bits was terrible as were the burgers .
I had diarrhea now for over 24 hours that says it all.ive tried to complain on the burger king website which is tailored for basic one item dissatisfaction not the whole experiance with no answer from them id say whatever you memory of Burger king dont bother! I always thought of it as the M&S of burger joints sad to say not any more

Shocking Burger King Stevenage

Visited Burger King in Stevenage on 18th August for a horrendous experience. Dirty uncleared tables and no staff around to help us.
We took our two Granddaughters who had a meagre Chicken Nugget meal with a bottle of water, whilst my wife and I had a Cheeseburger and chips.
Total cost £38.36 !!!
What happened to cheap fast food??

Ours Burgers were lukewarm at best and I went back to the counter to complain and ask for our table to be wiped, and was told “someone will come over in a moment”. Well TWO days later and I’m still waiting !!
There is obviously a staff shortage at this branch of Burger King.

I was told to complete a ‘feedback form’ which I have
Done and the Ref.BF38100 has been submitted although I doubt we will hear anything.

Shocking experience!!!

Miserable food, with a weak service.

Burger King: Kirkstall road, Leeds. Cold, squashed, & poorly put together.
This is why it's usually best to get it from the restaurant, but then the quality has deminished so much. The condensation from trying to keep the burgers & fries warm too, make it soggy.
It's a reminder of the old film with Michael Douglas-'Falling Down'.
He goes into the burger from somewhere, & comments on the 'look of the images above, how plump & juicy it looks, then compares it to the state of what he receives'.

..on a good note though, at least I wasn't there, re-enacting the scene from the film!

I won't need to speak to a member of staff, I don't want to speak to someone from 'justeat' who delivered it & I don't think it's worth buying from them again.

Three wrong burgers

Three wrong burgers, diarrhoea from the stress, and a chicken burger that tasted like it had been caught off a fishing boat that morning. I walked in expecting dinner and walked out feeling like I’d survived a disaster. Worst fast-food experience of my life.

Burger King used to so much better

Burger King used to so much better. Stevenage BK was abysmal this afternoon. Whole place filthy dirty, including touch screens and drinks machines. Over £30.00 for 4 meals (2 kids ones) then shove you empty drinks containers so you have to fill yourself whilst the food goes cold in the bags, then no drinks holders without having to ask. No drinks other than Diet Coke so basically no one bothering to actually run the restaurant - awful awful and a sad view of the state of our country right there in a nutshell…..

I'm done

I order once a month, from my local Harlesden store, through Uber. Yet again today, the order was wrong. Every single time, it happens, but today was the worst.
I always order: one whopper for my dogs - no sauce, onions, tomato, etc; and one plant based whopper for me.
Today, I opened the first burger, there was salad in it. So, I naturally thought that was mine. I gave the dogs the other burger - which still had some salad, but not as much....they ate my plant based burger, and I was horrified to discover I'd eaten the beef.
I also don't know what's happened to the milkshakes. They used to be delicious, but now they are so sweet, they are not drinkable....and where's my f*%^ng straw?!
I'm done now, we'll have to find another regular treat, hopefully where people can get the order right. £27 worse off, for food I didn't want.

Mustard Overload

I ordered a Burger King Whopper with bacon and cheese, no pickles, no ketchup, and when I bit into it, mustard squirted all over the place: on me, my furniture, and my clothes. You people have gone downhill badly and fast. Are the people working for you even citizens? Can they even read and/or speak English?
