What an absolute disgrace. I got mh food delivered by just eat and food arrives cold . what the hell is wrong is Burger King in Chester I paid nearly £13 for this slop and Burger King can’t even answer the phone to me so I can make a complaint
Burger King are making an obscene amount of money. That’s why they don’t answer the phone and that’s why they send out out the slop. Won’t be using Burger King again I’d rather cut my throat

I would not even give them a star at all. We end up being in a very unsafe environment and I'll tell you why we walked in place our order and sat to wait on it. Next thing we know a girl in the front lady in the back started arguing and cussing and getting very aggressive to each other, next thing I know french fries went flying and they hit me so there was a lot of force in that throw. The young girl went to the back were the lady was and got really loud and one hit the other. Thats when we decided to go. We could not get our money back because no one was in the front counter really by this point we just wanted out. My husband did go to the drive through to ask for it back but no one came to the window. I did call about this and was told they are all franchise but he would get the information to the correct person and we should get a call in the week that was last week. So beware of your surroundings in this Burger king!!!

The Burger King at 5909 Manatee Ave W in Bradenton Florida did not include my Apple Pie that I paid for in the bag when I got home. They have incompetent workers at this location. Do I have to verify that I received everything I ordered in the bag before I leave? That should be the responsibility of the employee!!! This has happened before. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

Ordered via Lieferando, but it seems they use their own drivers. A total disaster. I only eat fast food burgers once every 3 or 4 years, so it was an experiment for me. It failed.
After almost 2 hours I cancelled my order and went off to get the food myself. On my way to the garage a guy with a Burger King paper bag came the opposite direction. He was looking for the e-mail address on the doorbells. Unbelievable. Instead of apologising he was quite rude on top of it.
After the surprisingly good Big Tasty Bacon from the competition last week this Big King XXL was terrible. The Burger was almost cold and pretty dry. Smaller than the marketing photos suggested. The expected taste experience never appeared. The salad was bland as well as warm and the dressing even warmer. The cardboard box was crushed and salad was all over the bag. Considering the rather hefty price it does not balance out.
I reckon it will be 3 or 4 years before trying this again.

We were short on time so we tried Burger King. We waited 5 minutes to place our order. They didn’t prepare our order till 20 min later when we asked how much longer. If course, our orders were not right. We didn’t have time to ask them to fix it. We won’t go back.

Burger King Tollgate Colchester. Food took forever, tables full of rubbish and staff are grumpy. Food over cooked and the kids meal didn’t come in a box with toy.

Hills and Dales rd. This is the only store that does not even start your door dash pick up until you get there which will make you very late every single time. Do not order or door dash for this store ever

Love the food but we went through the drive through and nobody even awnsered on the speaker thing so took us ages we had to reverse out of the bloody thing and go inside. Ordered and 2 minutes not even that actually we received the order and there was litterly not many people waiting for their food and 3 people working and your telling me you can’t Awnser the drive thru? Ass

Do not ever eat at the Burger King at 1611 Main Street in Niagara Falls, New York. This franchise is mismanaged, the"cooks" are incompetent and make orders wrong a lot, and the managers are complete idiots in my opinion who couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag, especially the super-incompetent and nasty white female brunette. The sandwiches are too much bun/not enough meat, undercooked at times, way too expensive for what you get, and with a bad New York attitude. This franchise is an embarrassment to the Burger King name and should be shut down immediately. I have seen and heard many others bring their order back saying it is wrong, and other negatives not suitable to print here. The health inspector should pay a visit there real soon. Don't go there and do not eat there! There are many other legitimate eateries around there including McDonalds, Arby's, Dicamillo Bakery (a real find), and others.

great bugers taste amazing and very good but

- way too expensive
- staff can be slow filling up drinks especially milkshakes
- they fill it up in a way so that large has the same amount as a normal sized drink for the same price instead of filling it up all the way

I really liked using their app for pre-orders and to get advertised bargains, but they stopped using PayPal, and I am not going to give them my credit card information. They have jacked the prices up before at the window, so I am not going to give them automatic payment power.

Burger King was the place I went to when I wanted a quick comfort meal. The taste is still there sometimes but lately the experience feels inconsistent. One visit everything is hot and great, the next time the fries are cold and the burger looks rushed.

I still go occasionally because the flavor reminds me why I liked it in the first place. I just wish the quality was more consistent so it felt like the same Burger King every time.

Absolutely crap. Food stone cold. Raw bacon on burger. So annoyed as it was my dinner break and I ha to send back and get refund. FOH staff great, back of house cant even cook

Flame grilled taste is unique. Better than McDonald’s imo but locations are less common

Spent over £35 on 3 meals goes to the window and payed for food i then asked for some bbq sauce and i was asked for more payment of 40p i think this shocking as we have never payed before also they did not have frozen fanta i sure wont be going back to burger king at thinford
