Good products but no customer service skills.
I bought a pretty expensive reel - sent an email requesting return 1 day (one day!) after their return window. Return declined because I was late.
Well, I spend serious money on my gear but not where I'm not treated like a Customer that might come back...
Very opportunistic and money, money driven operation.
I get much better service in other, well known shops 👌
I'd avoid if you are looking for top quality service.

Ordered 2 items, both stating they are in stock and ready to ship in 2-3 business days. 3 weeks later no items received and no contact from seller about delays. Do yourself a favor, spend you money at a capable retailer. Unacceptable shady business practice by this company.
