I bought a full set of Pirelli Cinturato C3 about 2 months ago. I added tyre insurance as well. Delivery time was in the estimated time. Production date of all tyres are same (5th week of 2026). I had a flat tyre after 1000 km. I sent the pictures, video and details of the puncture. They supplied the brand new replacement tyre as promised on the insurance. Definitely recommend it. I will get my new tyres from them. We will order new tyres for my colleague’s car in a month as well. I can also suggest a tyre fitting shop which is called as “tyres for long miles” for tyre fitting in Dublin.

ordered tyres on Sunday at a very reasonable price including delivery , received them on Tuesday very quick . Only drawback is the tracking service no mention the tyres are being delivered on that day . Will most likely use again excellent service

I ordered a tire on this site on 17.8. with an expected delivery date between August 24. and 26. only because I needed it to arrive by August 28. On other websites, the tire is cheaper by 10 to 25 euros, but the delivery time is longer (10-14 days). The tire arrived on August 29.
So in the end I paid more for the tire, and I also had additional costs in the amount of 90 euros because the tire was late. If I had known it would be so

The tyre arrived but not knowing when it would arrive was stressful. Tracking was not updated and it was in France for days then suddenly it arrived. My tyre came from Spain by land transport and order to door took 7 days. Apart from delivery price and tyre I ordered was spot on. There is no customer service just some chat bot that closes you out.

I never I will by again from them!I buy 2 Goodyear and we are in 2026 and they send out 2024 Dot,I was very disappointed about ,but my mistake I didn’t plan this replacement early due to go in holidays second day after I received them and I have to accept them like that because no other alternative because they was all season off road wrangler type and I can’t find them everywhere else to get them,just online!So avoid those scammers!

⭐ 1 Star — Extremely disappointing experience and a huge waste of time

I ordered 4 tyres and paid for the entire order in full. The order was shipped in two separate packages, with 2 tyres in each package.

The first package was delivered without any problem to my address. The second package, containing the other 2 tyres, was not delivered. The carrier claimed that my address was incorrect and that the package would be returned to the sender.

What is extremely frustrating is that the company itself later confirmed to me in writing that my address was correct and that the problem was caused by the carrier.

Yet instead of simply sending me the two missing tyres, I was told that this was not possible. I now have to wait for the package to return to their depot, wait for a credit note to be issued, wait for my refund, and then place a new order for the same two tyres.

So I paid for 4 tyres, received only 2, and in the end I am the one who has to deal with the consequences of a delivery problem that was not my fault.

This has caused me a significant waste of time and has put me in a difficult situation with my vehicle's technical inspection, because I urgently need these tyres. Now I have to wait for my money to be refunded, order the tyres again, and wait for another delivery.

Honestly, this is not what I expect from a professional company. When the problem is caused by the carrier, the seller should find a solution for the customer instead of making the customer deal with the consequences.

The worst part is not only that I did not receive my complete order, but that the company did not seem willing to find a quick and practical solution. Their solution is simply: wait, get your money back, and order again.

A very disappointing experience and a huge waste of time, patience and money. I will definitely not order from this company again.

Great price and fast delivery

Good price for a quality tyre which was delivered as requested. Delivery time was prompt. Was not sure where tyres were located but they seemed to come from north England. Tyres were not wrapped and just had courier label and tyre label. They were delivered to private address and fitted by my local garage. I have no reason not to use this seller again in the future.

Two of tyres are still on the way. So they haven't arrived yet 😞

Easy to order, best price i could find online and delivered next day, fantastic service.

Sailun Atrezzo all season tires, did not mount them yet, but it came quickly and tires looks great.
