Terrible company
I've been a LeasePlan Bank client since early 2013. From day one, Ayvens has been a pain in the bottom. They started sending letters about required 'reidentification' and claimed to have contacted me for about 2 years while in fact it was only a few months. I reidentified with a brand new passport, but somehow they didn't notice and still sent me another letter. Also, the interest rate is going down. I've always been a fan of LeasePlan Bank, but it's just a matter of time that I transfer my savings to another bank. A bank that doesn't treat me as a potential criminal.

Ayvens bank is Horror
When it was Lease Plan bank i never had any problem with them. But since it is Ayvens Bank is sucks from begin to end. They sent me suddenly a FIRST message to re-identify within 3 days otherwise my account would be blocked. I tried to re-identify but system gave an error. I tried to contact Ayvens bank and after waiting for more than an hour I received wrong information how to avoid the error. So contact them again but after waiting again more than an hour I gave up. Because of the Ayvens threat to block my account within 3 days I immediately transfered my savings to an other Bank, where I opened an account and received even
0.75% interest more than i got from Ayvens Bank. So because of the threat and lack of cooperation to help me fixing this error, i am no longer customer of Ayvens bank. Ayvens bank is Horror !
