Amazing shop!

I don't remember the dress name but I bought a beautiful purple dress for my son's wedding.
It had a perfect fit, maybe a little long but no problem.
The material and quality of the sewing was perfect. Loved it. I have another one blue for my nephew's wedding next month. The shipping came on time maybe 15 days.

I had a great experience! I bought a dress that didn’t fit quite right. I was able to return it quickly and promptly. I then ordered a custom fit dress instead which fit wonderfully. And I love the satin bridesmaid dress I ordered. It’s a beautiful color!

Loved the quality of the dress and how it looks. I ordered one to compete in my pageant, and received endless compliments on it. It came tailored to my measurements, and was comfortable to wear all night

This is the third order I have gotten from them and each time was very very happy. They are easy to work with, responsive to my messages and even lined my jacket at no extra charge. Highly recommended!! This is my go to address for anything I need desperately.

The dress is beautiful, fits perfectly without having to make it a custom size. The customer service team were helpful also. Only issue is I had wanted to order 2 dresses to try and see which one I preferred but after ordering was informed I was not allowed to do this so had to cancel one of the dresses. Luckily I liked the dress that arrived.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with both ordering and shipping. Upon ordering i have received email to make sure if I want to order regular size or customized (which I skipped when originally ordering). I did replied with custom measurements and it was the best thing! When I have received the dress it was exactly my size, I do not have to alter! I did not expect the material to be that good. This dress is for my daughter's wedding and it was extremely important the color would match the theme and it was exactly as shown.
Delivery was fast and perfect, was able to see delivery progress all the way to my home.

We are so happy with the dress we had custom-made! The staff was so kind and offered great advice to make the dress perfect for our daughter—she loves it! The quality is amazing, and it was finished and delivered much earlier than we anticipated!

I would not recommend. I first paid for two dresses with the intention of trying both on and sending one back. I received an email stating that wasn’t allowed and I had to choose one dress even though it was NOT a custom order. I received a refund for the one dress I chose not to ship due to their policy( the return policy states you can return non custom orders even though you can’t). The dress I did choose arrived and was very low quality and fit horribly, so I asked to send it back. They kept trying to refund me $20 instead of accepting the return $100 dress. I ending up paying for the shipping back to only never receive a refund for the dress. Horrible experience!

Don't believe a word of their reply. They failed to reply to me in a timely manner as they claimed, and they DID NOT flag my order to see that I mistakenly ordered two dresses. I was only partially refunded for the one ordered in error, minus tax and shipping..No problem, I have, and will continue to advise my friends not to do business with this company.

Like another reviewer, I ordered 2 dresses from AW Bridal last October (Just under £200, foolishly paid for using a Direct Debit card) . When they arriived, they were lovely but too small and were nowhere near the correct UK size I had ordered. The company originally tried to decline any right of return and refund ordered and eventually sent me instructions which asked me to pay for signed delivery return to China and to declare the parcel value as just $20. So the return cost me a further £45 only for the incorrect value declaration to cause the parcel to be stopped by Chinese Customs, in late November (presumably because import duties were now payable). Royal Mail tracking has not shown any movement since then (still stuck in customs) and emailing the company has just led to emails saying they have not had any contact from Chinese Customs and since the goods have not been received back, they will not refund me for the goods.

So - you do exactly what they say and the company get a perfect excuse just to keep your money - regardless of whether the return package is ever gets released by customs or not.

If you still feel you want to trust these scammers, pay by credit card whatever else you do and certainly go a size or two bigger than your standard UK size.

All of this chasing up via email and getting told they are contacting customs on their end and to give them another few weeks has now reached the stage where I have slipped past the 120 day limit for seeking a chargeback on my Debit Card payment. (I now suspect this 'stringing along' was another deliberate ploy by the company) With a CC, at least I might still have been able to request a refund.

Bitterly disapppointed by this whole experience. If the dress you get fits you, you might still consider this a bargain but if anything isn't right, don't waste your time with their customer services, you need to seek a refund from your card provider straight away or you can kiss your money goodbye.

AW Bridal got me what I needed on an a tight timeline! The quality of the dresses I purchased are great and are SO beautiful. Great work AW Bridal
