Products as described and shipped fast. I like very much the Pi Case and the plates, which I hope will provide some extra-shielding. I only wish there will be a much wider variety of them, but for what I needed now is perfect.

Imported to the UK, I cannot recommend highly enough. They managed to ship it to my door from South France to the other side of the UK in less than 12 hours! I still struggle to comprehend the logistics repsonsible for that. Awesome.

Absolutely rubbish. Stay away from these guys. Their return policies are impossible. I was trying to return the item I bought for two weeks, the gave me a ticket to this, but not the permitting, so I can't return the defective item. Also they put 2 weeks deadline for this, and with the delay because of them, Ill miss this term.Cheap tricks! The item I bought are SMSL PS100 DAC ES9023 USB SPDIF HDMI ARC Bluetooth 5.0 24bit 192kHz on 6th of June.

The problem with Audiophonic.fr is that their website advertises 72-hour delivery throughout Europe, which is not true. I placed an order on June 9th and only received it on June 17th.
Therefore, it's a lie, don't trust this website; all the shipping services they offer are standard. And their customer support is terrible.

I purchased from Italy. Very fast delivery. Everything was perfect. Recommended.

English: I am leaving this review entirely because of your abysmal logistics. I paid nearly €20 for the shipping of a single cable, and it has been dragging on forever. Honestly, if I had walked all the way to France to pick it up myself, I would have been back in Bulgaria by now.

Your response completely misses the point. I am a customer making an informed choice about an audio product, not a logistics expert. I do NOT know how Colissimo works, nor should I be expected to.

My only guide is your pricing and descriptions. You offer UPS (2 to 5 days) for €9.44, and immediately below it, Colissimo for €19.49 described vaguely as "from 72h". Logic dictates that an option placed second and costing MORE THAN DOUBLE should be more reliable.

The phrase "from 72h" is entirely deceptive. It in no way indicates a delivery that will take 11 days. If you had an ounce of care for your customers, you would explicitly state "3 to 11 days" instead of hiding behind "from 72h". It is your responsibility as a merchant to make delivery terms clear, not to trick international buyers into paying double for the slowest possible option.

Fast delivered, bug didn’t solve my issue. The Capiticator doesn’t fix the spikes on my PH Messure system. The output voltage isn’t low noise.
