Absolute Scam and Deceptive Customer Service!

I ordered an iPhone on June 11th. By June 21st, the tracking link provided was completely dead. I contacted Amazon support, and they admitted the package couldn't be tracked but assured me it would be delivered by June 23rd. I was explicitly told that if it didn't arrive, I should contact them on June 24th to easily claim a full refund or a replacement.
Surprise! The package didn't arrive on the 23rd. Instead of honoring their word, Amazon unilaterally and maliciously changed the delivery date in their system to June 28th.
When I contacted customer service today (June 25th) to claim the promised refund, the utterly inadequate agent told me I now have to wait until the 28th because the system won't allow a refund before the "new" delivery date. This is a blatant scam. They are deliberately manipulating delivery dates to extend deadlines, remove the active button for a dispute, and hold my money hostage. Total disaster, zero accountability, and fraudulent business practices!

Snail-Paced Delivery... If Only It Were Cooked à la Bourguignonne!

English: I am leaving this review entirely because of your abysmal logistics. I paid nearly €20 for the shipping of a single cable, and it has been dragging on forever. Honestly, if I had walked all the way to France to pick it up myself, I would have been back in Bulgaria by now.
UPDATE after merchant's reply:
Your response completely misses the point. I am a customer making an informed choice about an audio product, not a logistics expert. I do NOT know how Colissimo works, nor should I be expected to.

My only guide is your pricing and descriptions. You offer UPS (2 to 5 days) for €9.44, and immediately below it, Colissimo for €19.49 described vaguely as "from 72h". Logic dictates that an option placed second and costing MORE THAN DOUBLE should be more reliable.

The phrase "from 72h" is entirely deceptive. It in no way indicates a delivery that will take 11 days. If you had an ounce of care for your customers, you would explicitly state "3 to 11 days" instead of hiding behind "from 72h". It is your responsibility as a merchant to make delivery terms clear, not to trick international buyers into paying double for the slowest possible option.

Hello,

Your package was delivered to the pickup point this morning.

Colissimo shipping is standard, not express.

Colissimo handles the shipment to the destination country, and then, most of the time, the postal service in that country handles the final delivery.

For your future orders, if your needs are urgent, we recommend choosing UPS shipping, either express or standard.

We remain at your disposal.

Best regards

Engineering Disgrace: Legacy Frames & Technical Mismatches Sold as "Premium"

Following my initial review, Prodrive reached out to offer a set of reflectors. While I appreciate the gesture, offering a plastic bracket for a £5,334.52 bike is like offering a band-aid for a structural failure. My technical analysis since then has revealed much deeper, more systemic engineering compromises:

1. The Motor Mismatch (Manufacturer Convenience Over Utility)
My single-speed bike is fitted with the Zehus Halos MY24 motor. This motor is designed for 4-9 speed cassettes. The superior choice for a single-speed setup is the Horizon MY24, which includes an intelligent slope sensor. It appears Prodrive chose the Halos simply because it fits their legacy carbon frames without requiring the structural reinforcement (closing bracket) that the smarter Horizon motor demands. You are buying a mismatched powertrain because they didn't want to update their frame design.

2. "Blind" Assistance & Safety Risks
Because the Halos lacks a slope sensor, it relies strictly on cadence. On inclines, when your pedaling slows, the motor reduces assistance—the exact opposite of what a rider needs. Furthermore, the 40 Nm of torque is delivered abruptly without granular control, causing dangerous swerving in urban environments. The regenerative braking (KERS) is also unstable on these small wheels without the Horizon’s sensor management.

3. The "Ready Frame" Deception
I was promised a "ready-made frame" for speed, yet it still took 4 weeks—their standard lead time. This time was clearly not used for quality control or component compatibility checks.

4. Quality Control Failures (Original Issues)

Mudguards: Fundamentally incompatible with the folding mechanism. The left support arm was omitted to allow folding, and the right arm arrived bent. Folding the bike now warps the tire and mudguard.

Accessories: The CatEye light strap snapped immediately, and the provided reflectors do not fit the oversized seat post. The "experts" who spent 3 weeks assembling this failed to measure basic tube diameters.

Conclusion:
Prodrive has prioritized manufacturing convenience over customer safety and product functionality. You are paying premium prices for a "handicapped" bicycle built around a legacy frame. A £5k bike should understand gravity; this one only understands how to save the manufacturer money on R&D.
