Terrible experience with OEM…
Terrible experience with OEM Motorparts. I placed order #OEM260078 on July 17 and never received tracking information or any meaningful update about the shipment.
I contacted them multiple times and received little to no response. At this point, I still have not received my order and have had to dispute the charge with my bank just to try to get my money back.
The lack of communication is unacceptable. If there is a delay or an issue with an order, customers should at least be told what is happening. I would not recommend ordering from OEM Motorparts based on my experience.

As a result I have updated my rating from 1 star to 3 as they did come good.

With Rieju parts, it can sometimes happen that certain original components are supplied by manufacturers such as Suzuki or Yamaha. However, in this case you ordered engine bolts and received the wrong item, so we fully understand your disappointment.

I’ve called them twice and an Ai assistance records my question and refers me to “no one”.
I ordered 3 parts 2 years ago and it was a better experience.

I ordered two parts and have been dissapointed
I ordered two parts, of course they took my money and there has not been a delivery yet, trying to reach them has not been working, neither by calling nor through email. I wont order again and I am thinking about filing a report with the police in order to get my money back to be honest.

Order not getting sent after a month.
I ordered a special hex nut for my Aprilia and a screw cover for the rear tyre. This order was placed in mid july, confirmation of payment and order was recieved upon ordering, but i have still not gotten a shipping confirmation now a month later and they did not reply to my e-mail when i tried to follow up on my order.

I am disappointed on a higher level
I am disappointed on a higher level - one star is one too many 👎
Ordered parts, made the payment and absolutely nothing happened.
Tried to get in touch via mail, no response.
Calling several times and when I finally came through, they accused for being too busy and me promised me to send me my parts the same day.
This happened three times. Nothing happened.
I finally came through by phone and they agreed to cancel the order and give me a full refund. They then transferred some of the payment, but not the whole amount - they have now charged me a 'Cancellation Fee' with no legal justification.
Phone calls, cancellation fees and I'm now 35 euro short and this case has now been handed over to my bank and lawyers. I have been in contact with the Dutch authorities and police and it seems to be a known issue. Looking forward to end this situation the right way.
Please don't waste your best thoughts, live and energy on this company (companies --- they operate several scam businesses) - it's a scam and they are just pure dishonest with absolutely no integrity in life. Such a shame.

I placed an order on 10 July 2026.
Since then, I have not received any updates on the status of my order. I have send 3 emails and no reply whatsoever.
It is now 17 Aug 2026, and I have still not received my order. I paid full cost of the order OEM259920 and now when I enter the email, I cannot even find the it any longer.
The complete lack of communication and updates is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others not to deal with this company.

Super fast delivery and shipping experience.
The part came in much faster than I had even hoped for international shipping. 5 days from order to delivery. The parts came in great shape and in perfect condition. Thats amazing for distance it travelled.

So easy and quick for an International purchase
I am way across the world in Canada and own an Aprilia motorbike which my dealership was unable to source this part through their channels, so I very easily found this part at OEM Engine parts and literally it was shipped within a few days and now after only one week, I’m due to receive my part delivered to my door.
