My experience with Ocasa Homes has been pretty positive so far. I went for a viewing at Old School Lofts in Leeds and met with Brodie who was very helpful in ensuring that I was able to hold/reserve my place to apply for the apartment. She was understanding of my situation to find a suitable accommodation to relocate to in Leeds for work. The apartment looked well kept and in great condition, can’t wait to finalise the application process and be living there.

Tino was helpful with my property search, she was friendly and answered my questions with ease

My experience with Ocasa Homes has been very positive. Yan Malboeuf, the on-site manager at Park Place, has always been professional, friendly and helpful. He communicates clearly, responds quickly to any questions and goes out of his way to make things easier for residents. His excellent customer service is greatly appreciated, and I would happily recommend Ocasa Homes.

These are just a couple of people who don’t want to help at all. I was calling this company 5 times almost on a daily basis to chase the staff to send me information about the flat share I wanted. My initial enquiry form was not even looked at and they advertise units that are not available and just keep wasting time. Very unhelpful staff at the other end of the phone.
Anyone can just open a company at this rate- no need for training or expertise. Just a bunch of template emails. No personal touch added.
I am happy I didn’t need to get into any units before discovering how bad the service would have been. Even from the point of enquiry, it’s hassles. When you get into the property, you can imagine the service from there. 100% avoid!!

The rooms in the shared flats are good size. However security is questionable. Had multiple parcels stolen, nothing was done when I called them. They will just tell you to send your parcel to somewhere else. They changed the locks on the doors, gave me a code that expired before they could give me and my roommate our new keys so spent 2 days locked in the building over the weekend, called their out of hours line and all the code they gave me was also wrong so was advised to just stay there until they come back to the office on Monday. Out of hours line almost got me locked out of the building.

Renting from Ocasa is waste of time and money. Avoid, avoid , avoid, run as fast as u can away
I regret renting and living in ocasa homes at Ipswich on Pearsons road. I live in one of the rooms in the block if flats and for one month the kitchen sink was bad, stagnant water, when I just moved in oooo, I started emptying water outside to avoid the kitchen smelling, could not cook. this people said the repair would be done in January. It is an irriating and annoying experience renting from ocasa. I was asked to discussed with the coordinator in Ipswich office in March 2026 and till date, no response, was just ignored. Wa gba, review abi, we will share our experience truthfully.

Ocassa as a company and specifically their management team, I wasn’t overall impressed & had a below average experience with them, I wouldn’t & can’t recommend

Very poor, unprofessional customer service, and the complaints department doesn't address complaints or find solutions.

Their staff are unnecessarily rude. Had an interaction with a very rude management team member named kelvin and after that he instructed the reception not to answer my calls again, called for a few days with no response to a genuine complaint. the maintenance team just dilly dallies when you have an issues, reported an issue almost 2 weeks ago and we’re still going back and forth with send more evidence. And the paperwork to even get this place is so ridiculous, all that to deal with a shitty management. Overall I regret renting this place

I’ve had a really positive experience with Yan Malboeuf.He is professional, responsive, and handle issues quickly and efficiently. Communication is always clear, and I feel well-informed about anything related to the property. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly, and he shows genuine care for both the tenants and the property itself. Overall, his reliability and attention to detail make renting a smooth and stress-free experience.

Tino was the person who helped me out several times. She is extremely good looking after people who want to acquire a space in The Picture house in Carlisle.

Had mixed feelings with certain aspects but some of the employees saved my outlook. Yan who looked after apple building was always friendly and was great to talk to. Sorted out problems very quickly and communicated well.

When I wanted to move out early, I was looked after for a period of time. Ocasa looked for new tenants on my behalf which other letting agents wouldn't do.

My experience has been awesome. The support I get especially since i moved in from Yan Malboeuf has been amazing. He’s always there and attend to me just when I need it. Since I moved in, I’ve booked the club house twice which has been another experience that makes the stay here at park place different.

The new property manager, Yan, has been incredibly helpful since joining the company. He listens to concerns, takes complaints seriously, and works hard to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. I would happily give Yan 5 stars for his efforts
