Love the products from Nordic Nest. They are excellent quality and stylish. However delivery was much slower than stated on the website so I was disappointed to wait over 2 weeks for something which said would be delivered in 2-3 days. Customer service though was excellent at helping me

Useful and effective pan
I have been looking for a good iron pan and Nordic Nest had a good collection and the size 23cm that I was looking for.
The product quality is good and am happy with the purchase. I have been using it daily.
The packaging was very good and pickup easy.

You are asking me for a rating when you haven’t even shiped my order from 25/05, today we are 23/06. This is unusual and my ratingcould have been better i had received at least a comm from you with info about the delivery delay. Keeping the customer inthe dark with particularly long delivery times cannot have a good outcome.
