Unfortunately, wanted to order a sofa, but looks like the price is keep being adjusted to show bigger discount but in result nothing is changing as the original price is being even doubled... extremely disappointed..

Dawid and Adam are the best. So respectful, friendly and kind. Before entering the house ask if it’s okay to enter, where the sofa will be put, help with everything, and make sure it's super smooth. Loved the experience. For the first time in my life, I saw that the sofa was put together by the company. No hassle for you, just 10 minutes and done by the guys! Loved it! The sofa looks amazing and the quality is super high!

I actually got this beautiful corner sofa but chose the wrong side. They were so good that they returned my order and changed it. Delivery was fast and customer service excellent. The setup was perfect by Patryk and Bolev. Thank you so much. Will definitely recommend!

Really nice sofa. Good communication with customer service, ordered a custom colour and fabric option. Delivery went smoothly, sofa was assembled for us and all the trash had been taken away. Only downside is we had to wait full 7 weeks but expected that for a custom product

Excellent service from Janusz and Bolek. They delivered and assembled my sofa quickly and professionally, making sure everything was set up perfectly. They were friendly, polite, and took great care while working in my home. After finishing, they cleaned up all the packaging and left everything spotless. Fabric does not match the sample, and no reply to a single email
The velvet I received does not match the swatches Msofas sent me, and they have not answered a single email about it.
I ordered a made-to-order Zeus corner sofa in Monolith 2 (order 1268881), delivered on 11 July. I chose the fabric from the samples they posted and on their sales team’s recommendation. In daylight the delivered fabric is strongly iridescent and reads distinctly green, an effect that is not visible on a small swatch or in the evening.
On 14 August I wrote to explain this and asked whether an exchange, re-upholstery in a different shade or replacement covers would be possible, and at what cost. I did not ask for a refund or for anything free. There has been no reply of any kind: no acknowledgement, no holding message, nothing.
Before payment the service was fast and attentive. Questions were answered within the hour, swatches arrived promptly, and staff checked my configuration against a photo of the room. That is precisely what makes the silence since delivery so striking.
When a retailer sells from samples, it takes on an obligation if the goods delivered do not match them. A customer raising a problem politely deserves an answer. I will update this review if Msofas responds.
