MHW Bike-House Reviews 

Acheteuse française, j’ai commandé un vélo électrique de la marque Cube le 9 avril auprès de MHW Bike-House. La livraison a accusé plusieurs semaines de retard par rapport aux délais annoncés.
Je viens enfin de déballer le vélo et je constate avec beaucoup de déception et un grand désarroi que le cadre est abîmé, avec plusieurs gros accrocs manifestement liés à l’emballage et au transport.
Je viens de contacter le service client de MHW Bike-House en envoyant des photos afin de signaler le problème. J’attends désormais une réponse sérieuse et une solution satisfaisante.
Dès que le problème aura été réglé par MHW, je modifierai ma note Trustpilot en conséquence.

As a French customer, I ordered a Cube electric bike from MHW Bike-House on April 9th. The delivery was delayed by several weeks compared to the announced timeframe.
I have finally unpacked the bike and, to my great disappointment and distress, I discovered that the frame is damaged, with several large scratches and dents clearly caused by the packaging and transport.
I have just contacted MHW Bike-House customer service and sent photos to report the issue. I am now expecting a serious response and an appropriate solution.
As soon as the issue has been properly resolved by MHW, I will update my Trustpilot rating accordingly.

Zero stars if I could. This shop held my money and my time hostage for six weeks just to tell me they couldn’t get the bike. I’ve missed over a month of riding season because of their incompetence. They clearly have no handle on their inventory or their supply chain. Don’t trust their lead times; they’re pure fiction.

Great shopping experience. Delivery was slightly delayed but the customer service agents were very helpful in solviing a small issue

MHW Bike is a good online shop with great products. I've bought from them twice, can't fault my bikes, but can recommend they don't use DHL for France.

Good bike, good price and no problem for the delivery.

No reply by email.
Booked the bike with announced expected delivery within 3/5 working days still no news when it will be received after 2 weeks.
Was supposed to do a race with it but had to cancel it. Better to buy it directly from a Shop next time ...

Bicycle was delivered 6 weeks late (I missed the summer basically), but my money was taken 2 days after the order was placed! The delivery (GLS) was poor, packaging damaged - thankfully the bike was not damaged. I understand the company will say it is not their fault, but it is. My contract is with them, not the supplier or the delivery business. In addition, the advice in relation to the right size for my height that was posted on the site was wrong and this bike is too small for me. This is the worst part - their advice. I cannot package it back and now I am stuck with a bike that is not suitable for me. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED

I ordered a bike from MHW in May 2023. It took 22 days for DHL, the carrier they use, to deliver the bike. On delivery I found various components were broken or damaged, Promised replacements never arrived. On erecting the bike I found suspension didn’t work. I was told a technician would telephone three days running. They never did. I asked repeatedly for the manager at MHW to call. He never did, I emailed MHW within the 14days allowed by their contract to have it returned to them. Dates were given me by MHW as to when the bike would be picked up. There were repeated no-shows by the carrier. 20+ days after requesting a return and refund the bike was picked up.
According to the MHW contract I should have received a refund on sending them proof of shipment, which I did the day it was picked up. They refused to do this saying they needed the bike back at their warehouse first. After a further 3weeks and many emails and phone calls they said they still hadn’t got the bike and although they were tracking it with DHL they didn’t know where it was and they wouldn’t refund me.
I had paid by PayPal. I obtained a refund by PayPal arbitration.
I would never never use MHW again. The whole process was exhausting and depressing

First off, prices were very competitive compared to many other sites including Amazon. The products were packed well and dispatched very quickly. I recieved within few days.

Je viens d'acheter un vélo électrique Kalkhoff. En appelant un conseiller j'ai pu vérifier que le vélo qui m'intéressait était bien en stock et disponible sous quelques jours. J'ai été livré en une semaine, le vélo était parfaitement emballé et conforme à ma commande.
Je suis très satisfait de cet achat.

I just bought a Kalkhoff electric bike. By calling an adviser, I was able to check that the bike I was interested in was in stock and available within a few days. I was delivered in a week, the bike was perfectly packaged and in accordance with my order.
I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Electric VTT delivered in the announced delays in Belgium from Deutschland. Received in a perfect state, the assembly of the bike is relatively simple.
Response to the various emails within 24 hours.
I recommand.
