I'm very disappointed with megabad, still waiting on my order since 27th January

Hi. I buy 2 times from megabad and I was buy the items and in the meantime somethings change in my needs and I need to send it back, one of the items was large so need diferend kind of transport. So, what I want to say that everything was easy but not because of me, because of the people who work of service with customers. I want to say thank you to them and to the people who ones this company. Thank you.🤗🤗🤗

Unless you can only find the item here, go elsewhere. I could only get the specific items I wanted here, everything else I needed I got from sanitino.at where same items were a lot cheaper and delivery costs the Austria were a lot lower. Paying €100 for the delivery, the delivery took almost a month (they had to order one item which they said would take a week to get to them - that estimate kept getting pushed back), delivery was then done by DHL on a pallet (sink, hose and 10x180cm heater - it did not need a pallet) which of course meant no delivery into the building. Delivery is free if you spend €2000, but like I said - everything else I needed for a bathroom renovation I got from sanitino and the same items were way less in price, so still worked out cheaper. But when I saw the pallet today it was just ridiculous.

I ordered a toilet from Megabad over two months ago. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Despite reporting the issue immediately and trying to contact them multiple times via email and phone, there has been no response at all! Neither a replacement nor a refund has been offered.

Instead of a real response, I only receive automated standard emails. This is unacceptable – over just a few hundred euros! This is not how you treat customers.

I have already set a deadline and followed up again – with no success. If nothing changes, I will have no choice but to take legal action. Definitely not recommended!

Ich habe vor über zwei Monaten eine Toilette bei Megabad bestellt. Leider wurde sie beschädigt geliefert. Trotz sofortiger Reklamation und mehrfacher Kontaktversuche per E-Mail und Telefon keinerlei Reaktion! Weder ein Ersatz noch eine Erstattung wurde angeboten.

Statt einer echten Antwort bekomme ich nur automatisierte Standard-E-Mails. Das kann doch nicht sein – wegen ein paar hundert Euro! So geht man nicht mit Kunden um.

Ich habe bereits eine Frist gesetzt und erneut nachgehakt – ohne Erfolg. Sollte sich nichts ändern, bleibt mir wohl nur der Gang zum Anwalt. Definitiv nicht empfehlenswert!

No reaction to my emails...

Extremely bad company, product never delivered after many months of calling, emailing. It took after cancelation again months to get our money back and on top they kept 230 EUR while they where 100% in defect. Stay far far far away from this company!!!!

Edit: slow to get back with any solutions to a 5 week delay, but once they did come back they could split my order to get the rush items. Still cost me €150 to do this. Still not a great service would not recommend

**Basically no customer support. I made an order for 3 bathrooms. Two items had a 1-2 week wait. After 2 weeks I emailed and was told they would not have them for another 3 weeks, but the order could be split so I could receive everything else. I agreed to this but am now over a week trying to get information/paying for the split delivery. I rang the support line who don't speak English( fair enough the company is German) was told they sent an email yesterday, which I didn't receive and they hung up. Overall terrible service and would not recommend. I'm now past the original delivery date and still have no info on when or if I will get my order.

I ordered 2 toilets after 3 days arrived. It’s was a really good experience after I read couple of bad reviews.
The items was packed really good, item/ box wasn’t damaged.
Shipping was free.
So I just recommend them !

To be honest I'm completely disappointed with the choise of Megabad. I was told by friends and colleagues to buy only from Bauhaus or the Sanitary installator where I will get proper customer service but unfortunately I did not listen to them. For my renovations, I ordered directly from Megabad in sum of a thousand euro. I read carefully all item descriptions and chose only known brands and full series parts. Still, your description was incorrect and now they don't take responsibility over the delivery. How cheap a customer-service can be?

Great price, fast shipping outside of DE. No problem at all will use the shop again.

Ordered a product in March, waited 4 months to hear that the product is no longer being produced and that they can't deliver it. I assume this information was available at the moment I placed the order. In the meantime they held on to my money so it feels like a scam website.

There is no way to contact the company. On the website is indicated a number, but it is only for a machine with reference of the email address. I sent an email but have gotten just an automatic reply. I ordered 3 items, one was not on stock and I simply wanted to organise two deliveries as I needed some of the items to complete works. This is very disappointing. I am hopping that items will arrive sooner rather than later.

Sadly i didnt read the reviews before buying, absolutelly nowone replies to you , its sooooo bad and they dont tell true about delivery time, its the worst the worst the worst ever

Never buy from megabad. They have zero customer service. If you are lucky to be happy with your order - great. If not - they will never answer to you. All these messages in facebook as customer responses is a sheer scam. In reality nothing happens. No one gets in touch. They didn’t deliver to me part of the order and simply disappeared! Scam! Scam! Scam

Before I ordered I read a lot of reviews about Megabad.com.
Most of them are true...

I ordered the 25/08/2023 and reveived my order on 24/11/2023.

There was 1 item that was in backorder, that explains the delay a bit.
I send one mail ( via form on the website ) and received an answer after 8 days. I couldn't contact them via phone??!!

The delivery, in Belgium via DACHSER, went very fast and safe. The goods ( 2 pallets, in total 167kg ) where placed in my garage.

All the items seem in good condition. I would order again at this shop, just remember the deliverytimes aren't correct.

Terrible, terrible experience. This is actually the first time i ever write a bad review for a company, but megabad is really mega bad when it comes to customer support.

4-9 days delivery time on their website = more like 4 weeks.
You cannot reach anyone on the phone or you need to jump through loops ( taking even 1 h) in order to get to actually talk to a human being and not just a phone robot. Then when you finally reach someone they are incredibly rude.

We booked a company for our bathroom renovation for 21 days after the order placement ( again remember 4-9 days delivery time according to them). The items didnt arrive on time.

By the way, Megabad, we are still waiting for you to give back our money on the returns that we made more than 3 weeks ago! I think that according to the law you should return the money within 14 days after you recieved back the products!

Edit: we recieved the money on 28th of November, more than one month after the returns.

Good assortment and prices.
Very poor customer service and unjustified delivery delays.

Make sure you order exactly what you need. If you make a mistake and want to change it, they count the order date and not the delivery date!! As some items are not available and need to be ordered, you’re screwed.
If you contact them, the don’t read, they just keep repeating themselves even if you have prove. It’s really too bad, they have nice stuff

I ordered a complete new bathroom from MegaBad for delivery to Ireland 🇮🇪 the whole shopping experience and delivery process was easy and seamless. I researched the products I wanted to buy before ordering. The prices were excellent with easy payment options, with the choice of products unsurpassed.I saved thousands of euros by purchasing high end products from MegaBad. The staff were extremely helpful and patient as I changed my order several times however this was not a problem, they were also very good at answering my questions by email in English and communication was excellent . The goods arrived very well packaged and were delivered quickly to my home address. The delivery charge was reasonable considering the large quantity of goods. I would highly recommend using this company for a bathroom replacement or upgrade.
