Had an MCZ EIKO pellet stove now for over 6 months
Purchased it for the convenience of being able to set it on a temperature and let it go.
Unfortunately it spends 80% of its time with an A17 feed screw blocked error.
Then needs 15 minutes to shut down before you can try and start it up again.
The pellet feed tube has been poorly designed and blocked up constantly
I wouldn't buy an MCZ pellet stoves again.
It is Not user friendly or convenient
Saying thst when it does work it is excellent.
But personally I spend so much time unblocking it the timer and temp functions are pretty much useless as it just shuts down on blocked feed tube.
I would personally just go with a log burner if I hadn't spent so much installing this pellet stove

This is our 1st pellet stove and have used it all winter . So far so good. We have the Suite (boiler) and both it and app work very well. Only reason it's not 5 star is due to length of time we have it. If all goes well with servicing and use , next season , there is no reason why it's not a 5star company.

The fires look stylish and they do work. However, the customer service and engineering support network in the UK is virtually non existent if an issues arises.

Although the website lists 'authorised dealers', in our experience they do not have the training or technical understanding required when something goes wrong. We have also found MCZ directly to be unresponsive.

If you are based in the UK, I would strongly recommend thinking carefully before purchasing an MCZ product.

Very impressed with the stove, style and operation. Easy to operate and app makes it even easier. I can set stove easily for early mornings and when away. Also very important to say we were very impressed by the service both during and after installation. Special mention to Energy Superstore/Walsh's Tullamore.

Phone app not reliable won’t let me login at times was trying to turn off my stove while out doing shopping and couldn’t 🔥🔥🔥had to re register and reset password took a while don’t know why this i keeps happening ?? Also rechargeable battery’s on remote control don’t last long 🤯😳😳 I have to keep remote plugged in for charging ALL THE TIME ??? Or I’d will lose its charger in a matter of of hours over night ??

Bought an Eiko Core 6 a year ago (less than 400 operating hours) - when it works it’s nice but it sends alarms very often, mostly alarm A05 (obstruction, stove blocked) - sometimes it works to clean it but some time you need to take it apart to get it to work. Very disappointed in such an expensive stove.. Would not recommend it

I like the design of the stove very much. It works very well and creates a nice warm heat. We have an mcz feel core maestro 12kw.

However even on silent mode the stove produces a lot of noise. It didn't seem that noisy in the store. But now we have it at home the noise drives us a little crazy after some time, so we have to switch it of.

We went for this brand because we thought the sound level would be a lot lower.

I wouldnt buy the stove again. But would go for an even more expensive one with natural convention.

Installation was a breeze. It looks very stylish and with no mess it is easy to clean and keep looking great. Best of all is the product is simple to operate. Starts heating very quickly from freezing cold and costs very little to run. I love it and wish I had purchased one years ago.

Top class machine
Changed from solid fuel.
Warm house loads of hot water.
Love it.

This stove is working well and after 4 years of continuing use no problems given

Have a MCZ Delco now nearly 4 years had solid fuel for years before that remodeled the home and removed the sold fuel and replaced with the MCZ Delco very happy with it great heat and good on pellet usage . Only issue we had with it was the remote we went trough 3 of them just stopped working without notifications but every time our supplier help us out . The 3rd one just went out of action a few months ago and our supplier fixed it again for free . But this time they also supplied us with a new control panel at cost and I installed myself. No issues since . Only other issue was a gasket on the removable panel for cleaning inside under the ash box . It was so brittle the new one broke into pieces before it was delivered to me , it was replaced by supplier but was expensive for what is was. Otherwise very happy with it 😊.

Very happy with the pellet stove. Because of the fan the heat gets all over the room.
Only had 3 malfunctions in the first 3 months. It was not a real malfunction so after cleaning the stove and pellet stock I could easily start the stove again without problems. Afterwords this cleaning wasn’t necessary. Nevertheless very happy with the stove

Upgraded from a Suite Air 2, for a Core version of the same stove. Very happy with it. More efficient, quieter, better flame pattern and more user friendly interface through phone app. Our pellet consumption has certainly been reduced.
