Called to ask some questions to purchase dental insurance plan ,

First question asked : do you speak English maybe ?

Andswer : ( in german ) : we offer service ONLY in german.

So , that sums up my experience and just heads up to anyone English speaking consideting to get insurance with them.

They charged me and they never send me an insurance card.

2nd edit: My name is not Marcos Gonzalez as they replied me. Also, I have send the same message to their website, here they answered, by their contact, I am still waiting for an answer.

Other insurance like feather offer more flexibility and more compensation.

Blocked my benefits after sending Kostenplan. And has delayed the release of benefits by delaying document review .It has been 6 months since the benefits are blocked. Stay away from them. Everytime I escalate they ask for new documents and don’t review for months until next escalation

Very very very bad experience withe this company. Not recommended at all. They got me into dental insurance and I couldn't take advantage of it in any way. I have been paying 20 euros a month for 3 years for no reason. it is simply a fraud

I was not able to refund a single receipt in 6 month. I do not recommend this insurance. They find reasons not to reimburse. I wanted to cancel it after realizing it’s useless but was not able due to their policy cancellation and now must pay fees for 3 years for nothing. What a scam. I recommend Gothaer instead.

So far, I am very satisfied. I started my subscription in 2024, and as of today, May 30th, 2025, I still feel well supported financially by Münchener Verein.
Reimbursements are always processed on time, or within a very short period. Their customer service is also very professional. I’m speaking from my own experience — I called them once and was fully satisfied with their response.

The only minor downside is the waiting time on the phone, which can be a bit frustrating.
However, based on my personal experience, I would definitely recommend this insurer to anyone looking for a dental supplementary insurance, especially the 100% coverage plan.

I came across an Instagram ad for additional dental insurance called Oral Dent 360 in Ukrainian. It seemed legitimate, so I left my contact details to get more info. Shortly after, an agent called me,was very nice and friendly, speacking my lenguage and seemed very fluent in a topic , so I relaxed and then she collected my personal data one by one,very technical i would say. Then she told me that a German-speaking employee would later call to "confirm my data" – that it was just a formal procedure. And then she said that they will send me their proposal and tariffs to see, and then if I agree we can start from next month.

During the conversation she asked mt to tell any iban. That it's just so system can let it go further. I ask if I can give the number in my old card I don`t use. She said yes? and I thought it`s kinda safe just in case.

In a week I recieved a full policy contract with tones of pages and all the data they recieved from me by call including those iban and that it starts 1 of April.

At those moment, I was super stressed about dental visit I had before and crazy high dental costs, which are not covered by public health insurance. Somehow insta alhorhytms started intensively showing me this add of Oral dent 360. My friend did an implant recently with an additional dentist insurance, so I thought it's something like that and just wanted to get an info. So yeah, it was not smart to give all my personal data by phone to unknown agent from insta. I just had no idea that such a sing is possible and companies can do scam in a public media spaces
and this second call where I had to answer "Ja" to confirm my info to recieve a letter from them is something they can use to put me in a contract. It's absolutely shoking and unexpected. Also knowing that other ukrainians calling thair compatriots and you into signing up for money laundering.

When I received a full insurance contract from Münchener Verein, a company I had never even heard of before I was really scared that I give my data to scamers! Their name wasn't even the same as in the advertisement. When I checked online, also ChatGPT confirmed that Münchener Verein seemed a real company, but unfortunately with a scammers actions.

It is absolutely unacceptable to take advantage of stressed and vulnerable people, especially Ukrainians who are stressed enough from war and survaving in Germany with all this terrible burrucracy, mostly refugees , with a lack of money and high medical costs to any dental treatment beyond basics. Targeting them with misleading ads, extracting their personal data under false pretenses, and signing them up for unwanted policies without consent is beyond unethical.

I strongly warn everyone to beware this company and their aggressive insurance sales tactics.

It was great! Very fast and helpful.

My claim was processed within a few days. I can recommend them for dental insurance.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!! They are way too slow to process anything and it takes AGES to get an answer/letter/reimbursement from them although they mention in each letter that it takes maximum 4 weeks to process a request but it’s a huge lie.
I had to call them several times after 4 week waiting period is done and only then the reimbursement is done. On top I am 100% certain that the answers from the Service Desk differ from what the letters did tell later. You can always reach them but what they say is not what is happening in reality.

They always find reasons not to reimburse to the full extent. You can’t even terminate the contract because they have hidden clauses that you will never find at the first glance. I would never suggest this insurance. I am surprised to see any positive reviews. I fell into the trap of these positive reviews and got one for myself and now I know the truth. NEVER AGAIN until they improve their services.

So far I haven't had any issues.
Customer service was helpful, I always got my reimbursements when requested. Nothing to complain
