I needed last minute help with some furniture I no longer want, I was able to get a same day appointment. Khalil and Daniel were extremely helpful got the job done in 30-40 minutes!

Matt and Torey were wonderful. Very professional, answered my questions patiently, they know their job! They were careful with the large pieces that had to go. And fast! What would have taken me a week they had done in 35 minutes.

Rick and Delano were patient and knowledgeable. I had never used a junk removal company and was a bit nervous. They listened and were careful to remove exactly what I needed with care. Because I’d then I’m looking for my next removal.

It was a pleasure working with Chris and Patrick. They worked diligently with no complaints. I found a skeleton of an animal and didn’t know what it was, and Patrick looked it up on his phone and I discovered it was a fox. I thought that was thoughtful of him. They both worked hard until everything was gone. I certainly would have them again!

S & C did a great job clearing out all of my unwanted household items. They were prompt, very polite and professional. This company was very affordable and I will by referring my friends / family and will definitely use them again in the future.

This was my first time using 1-800-GOT-JUNK. It will not be my last. Mark M & Miguel O, were extremely helpful and professional. They worked well together removing heavy items from our home quickly. This is the email that I sent and have not received a reply. I should have used another company.

Good evening.

I had an appointment with 1-800-GOT-JUNK to remove the remaining contents of my house as I moved to Maryland yesterday.

I was charged slightly under $2,700 for a dining room set, sectional couch with two tables, a wall unit, computer desk, outdoor table and chairs and a bedroom set. The contents would fill one truck.

The appointment was for between 10:00 am and noon. However, the men with the truck arrived hours later as they had other pickups ahead of mine. The communication was good as to the delay. However, the floor was gouged and I was charged for two truckloads. If my furniture was not so far down the list of pickups, there would not have been the need for two trucks. With the hours long delay, I had to have my son come to my house to wait for the two pickups.

I am very disappointed with the damage and the additional truck charged. I would appreciate a credit for the gouge and the second pickup.

Nicholas and his teammate were great. Above and beyond communication and updates. Their previous pickup was taking a bit longer than usual and the team called and checked in twice to make sure I was OK with the slight delay. When they got here, it was quick even though their truck was stacked high, they puzzle pieced my stuff in, honored the online discount and took a couple extra small things for my convenience. Great job Nicholas and the whole 1-800-Got-Junk team. Same day service within a couple of hours was awesome.
