Extremely disappointing experience—no results, no accountability, and no return on investment.

My experience with Webware AI was deeply frustrating. I paid for a partnership that I expected to help grow my business and attract new clients. Instead, by the third month, they had stopped working with me and became unresponsive to my emails and phone calls. Yet they continued taking my money.

From my experience, Webware AI failed to fulfill its end of our agreement. I was left chasing responses and paying for services that were not being delivered as agreed. This went beyond unmet expectations—it was a breakdown in communication, service, and accountability.

I ended up with no new clients and no return on my investment. Rather than receiving the support I paid for, I felt abandoned and left high and dry.

Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend Webware AI. A company that continues collecting payments needs to follow through on its commitments and respond to its customers. In my case, Webware AI fell far short.

We paid a lot of money to see our results plummet. After being "trapped" in a year long contract, We eventually stopped working with Webware and our results improved. They even stopped access to our website in the middle of our high season and our numbers continued to improve just do to word of mouth. These guys are nice on the surface, but really challenging to work with, it's always at least a couple of days for a response, and most of the work is irrelevent AI drivel that needs a ton of time to be edited. Not our people. I hope these guys work well for others, but we had a horrible experience. I would go with 0 stars, but I did like the website they created....which is now defunct.

I don’t think I would have done this with any other team they are there the whole time to help you get noticed and to market your company with the knowledge they have.

I had a terrible experience and complete dissatisfaction with Webware.ai. It took them over 2 months just to get my website running, and the final quality of both the website and the logo was incredibly low. On top of that, they tacked on an extra charge for the logo design.
They failed on all of their promises regarding setting up my social media. To make matters worse, during the launch they put the completely wrong domain name on the website. Because of this error, people could not access my website during an active marketing campaign, costing me valuable business.
Instead of working to resolve these issues, they completely took down my website. Their entire focus is on collecting payments rather than customer satisfaction or delivering what was promised. Avoid this service.
