The company was trustworthy and shipped items promptly. The blower is strong and pretty easy to use. The only negative is that it is very loud and high pitched. I have neighbors nearby and I worry that it is too loud. otherwise a very good item and company.

It took some effort to get the initial setup correct, especially the chain tension. I worked on it a couple of times and felt I was good. Then, yesterday, a tree fell in the neighborhood blocking our main entry. A bunch of us came out to clear it and the WoodRanger was a great assist. I could work on the small stuff while the larger saws did their thing.

Both purchases are gifts for my niece who
just purchased a new home in Marin County.
She works for Nicasio fire department as a
plant scientist! Cal Poly graduate too.

So far I like this blower very well. It is lightweight and great for somebody. That is not super strong.

Already threw it in the trash. After speaking with Customer Service they told me I could buy a new one for 30% off and now they’re saying oh let’s talk about how to get it to start again. It’s still six months old. It still doesn’t work. Bought the Ryobi same tool. At least they work.

Finally no cords and shocking power!

Could use a tube to make it longer. Otherwise it is great.

Saw arrived quickly and works as described would be five stars if it had an oiler.

Came very quick! Put it together myself. Did watch the video. It is light and easy to use!

The product was great, as advertised. I made a minor error with a shipping address, and customer service was exceptional. Problem rectified immediately and they actually followed up, to make sure. Very rare for a company these days, with the invasion of etail purchases…

Great power tool. Love that the button on the handle does not need to be held down so I can switch arms frequently. Love how lightweight it is while still being powerful. The directions that came for assembly are severely lacking and should be improved or I would give it 5 stars.

I am extremely satisfied with my mini power chainsaw. I was unsure of its ability to perform as well as it has proven. It is easy to use, easy to carry around and easy to clean.
I am also so happily satisfied with the customer service that the Woodranger Tool team provide. They provide excellent attention to customers concerns. My mini power chainsaws tool bar split at the end causing the chain to stop working. I emailed the support team and within minutes they replied and rectified my mini with a replacement that is being shipped out to me as I am speaking.
I love my mini and I recommend that every household should have a mini power chainsaw. Ordering, product and customer service 10.

My husband has used his gift. He has used the hedge trimmer and thinks it is great for small quick trimming.

Charging battery for first time is kinda slow. It's quite portable and fairly good at clearing tee pads on the disc golf course. Far easier than carrying a broom or using a rag.

Anyone having a problem with the blower just dying? Just off! I love it but it’s not even a year old and nothing. I’ve asked their cs dept and hope response will be helpful.

This thing is great. I use it for blowing grass after cutting and for blowing water off the truck after washing.

I hesitated to buy this tool and when my husband saw it, he thought I was crazy. He loves his power blower. But when I saw him using it - I knew I had a great tool. This hand held blower really works and, it’s so compact , I can easily use it to clean off my deck when he isn’t around. Not only does Wood Ranger make a good blower but their customer service was the best! I had a small issue and their response was immediate and rectified the problem quickly. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Works great. I can clear leaves from my courtyard in no time! Good for between visits from my yard man when I just need a touch up.
