I needed to get a replacement for a device, and the Wondersmile team was more than happy to help.
Apart from the quick responce and free replacement of the item, I have also received a refund by accident.
But instead of asking for the money back, Wondersmile were generous enough to donate the amount to a charity.
I wish more businesses follow their ethos and customer service.

This is by far the best toothbrush I have ever had, as a smoker my teeth are whiter and feel cleaner than ever, previously had a mainstream brand. I guarantee this is better, would recommend

I bought this toothbrush 2,5 years ago, because to me, design is very important and I wanted an all black toothbrush. I love the design, 5 stars for that. Another 5 stars for customer service, my brush had to be replaced twice. The first one didn't brush long when fully loaded, the second one had some weird clicking sounds going on. When the contact of the loading cable went loose, I got a new one. So customer service great, but the quality of the brush not so much. After two years, the black cover started to come off. I never travel, so it is really just normal usage of holding it while brushing. By now, it looks like a black and white cow, so the reason for buying it - not there anymore. That to me is a no-go. I want my toothbrush to look good for a lot longer. The teeth get cleaned very well! There's another really annoying thing though, that to me doesn't seem thought through: when it's time to load, a minute or so after you're done brushing it vibrates to say "load me!" I mostly brush my teeth doing sth. at the computer and have the toothbrush still in my handfor a little while when I'm done. Don't ask how many times I have sprayed the whole laptop with toothpaste-water-mixture due to this signal. I'd prefer a simple light for that.

Looks and cleans good BUT DOES NOT LAST LONG
I bought 2 units in may 24 today April 17, 25 both units` displays are not working any more and ones battery lasts only for three days.The displays are useless because too small to be read.

Had a minor fault with my Wondersmile Water Irrigator, the AMOLED Display broke and didn't turn on, the device still worked as expected. Even after all this, they sent me a replacement without having to return the original! Amazing service

The product is good, however labeling and instructions only in german is not very confortable for people who are still learning the language and have not used similar products before.

Decent product & value for money. Charger a bit flimsy but worked now for over 6 months
