★☆☆☆☆ 1/5 – “Sizes are lies, customer service is worse”
I ordered three pairs of 32×32 jeans from Rases in early December.
Every pair arrived with the same tag (32×32) yet every pair measured differently: waist 30 in, inseam 34 in—two inches too tight and two inches too long. Same brand, same “size,” same fault on all three.
I contacted customer service the day they arrived. I was told “return within 14 days unworn and undamaged.” I complied: jeans were tried on only, all original tags attached, no marks, no creases, packaged the same day. I posted them back immediately, but Christmas post delays meant they landed one day outside the 14-day window.
Rases is now refusing the refund, blaming me for “late return” while ignoring the fact the goods were mis-labelled and not as described. Emails are copy-paste brush-offs; phone staff hide behind “policy.”
Bottom line: the company ships incorrectly-sized stock and then uses a rigid returns window—knowing full-well December post is slow—to keep your money. They take zero responsibility for their own manufacturing / labelling errors.

I will never buy from Rases again.
