I ordered an orthopedic pillow from RESTORA with this confirmed order 7012 on August 6,2026. First it arrived on August 28 in a cheap gray plastic with the pillow rolled without any instructions nor product brochure.
The pillow had a very STRONG CHEMICAL ODOR which does not go away even after I washed it with a disinfectant and normal washing detergent. I even dried it for 48 hours.
The product is manufactured in china as the originating address is from CHINA.
This product is the worse one I've bought.

Terrible, bad customer service , was delivered to wrong address and no help from company trying to find out where it is . Even though the shipping company said it was returned to china !!!! They have pretty much washed their hands of it, they have their money . They not interested . Disgusting company .

Very unimpressed and 100% do not recommend! Pillow looks nothing like advertised and is about half the size of the pictures! Absolute scam and not worth the price and of course no-one to contact about a refund on this crap product. Avoid at all costs!!

I paid for expedited postage and it's a week later and the tracking says that the item is still in China.
Secondly I thought this was an Australian company, shipping from Australia, not from China so I guess there is no quantity control at all. I have also noticed that you can buy exactly the same pillow on Temu for around $20 with free postage.
I will update my review once I actually receive the pillow.

Customer support gave me the run around for a long time and then refused a refund when the package never showed up. Eventually a package from a “Davve Garzaz” showed up. A cursory search of their data surfaced scam claims which left me afraid to open the package and led me here.

This is a fake company drop shipping items from China and then trying to scam people out of money. I, for one, will be charging back at their loss.

Do not buy from this company.

Am 14.11.2025 habe ich bei Restora Mundtapes bestellt. Nach einem Monat habe ich eine E-Mail an das Kundenservice geschrieben dass ich nicht meine Bestellung erhalten habe und fragen wollte wo sie ist. Sie sagten dass es ein kleines Lieferproblem gibt und die warten bis die Produkte im Lager ankommen. Nach einem Monat habe ich eine Email bekommen dass meine Bestellung verschickt wurde. Eine Woche später bekam ich keine Updates mehr. Ich habe weiterhin gefragt wie der Stand aussieht - seitdem wurde ich geghostet vom Kundenservice. Es ist nun der 2.02.2026, ich habe immer noch keine Updates von DHL bekommen sowie antworten die nicht über das Chatformular auf deren Website. Ich rufe nun heute bei der Nummer im Impressum an (da steht es ist keine Hotline - ist mir aber egal). Ich hoffe dass ich wenigstens mein Geld zurückbekomme. Sehr schade...

absolut ungenügend. Ein Stern ist zu viel. Ich denke sie sind insolvent und der Shop ist nur noch eine Hülle. Nach drei Wochen kann man nur den Käuferschutz aktivieren. Kauft da nicht!

Wer strips braucht, am besten auf Amazon bestellen und diese Seite komplett meiden. Es ist die reinste Geld abzocke, man wartet Wochen auf die Bestellung, Anfang hieß es Zustellung in 2-4 Werktagen, versandbereit innerhalb 30 Minuten nach Bestellung aber bis heute ist nichts angekommen. Ich kann jeden nur ans Herz legen, ***nichts kaufen was von influencern groß geredet wird***. Wer den Fehler gemacht hat, Geld zurück holen und wer über pay pal bezahlt hat, bitte meldet diese Seite. Traurig überhaupt mit 1 Stern bewerten zu müssen.

Ende November bei einer Aktion bestellt, direkt gezahlt, ein paar Tage später wurde die Sendung "elektronisch Angekündigt", aber bisher kam noch nichts an.
Habe auch seitdem 3 mal probiert Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice aufzunehmen, aber selbst da kommt keine Rückmeldung von ihnen.

Qualitativ sind die Stripes echt gut, aber die können noch so gut sein, wenn sie gar nicht ankommen bringen sie auch nichts.

Unterirdische Lieferzeiten!
Die anderen Bewertungen bestätigen leider, dass meine Bestellung kein Einzelfall war. Ich hätte tatsächlich öfter bestellt, da die Nasenpflaster wirklich in Ordnung sind. Aber so mit Sicherheit nicht.
Ist es so schwer, jemanden einzustellen, der sich um den Versand kümmert?

Ware sofort per Paypal bezahlt, Lieferung nie erhalten. Auch keine Rückmeldung.

Das Produkt nie erhalten. Keine Rückmeldung auf insta oder per Mail. Sehr enttäuschend. Fast schon Fake…

Am Blackfriday bestellt und bis heute nichts erhalten, auf Emails und Nachrichten wird überhaupt nicht reagiert. Nie wieder.

Update 02.12.2025 - DHL elektronisch angekündigt
Heute 17.12.2025 hat sich nichts geändert. Der Support antwortet nicht. Habe es jetzt mehrfach über verschiedene Wege probiert. Ich empfehle hier nicht zu Bestellen. Ich werde die Lastschrift zurückziehen solange es noch geht.

Bitte bestellt nicht und holt euch irgendwelche von Amazon oder sonstiges.

DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. PRODUCT!!!! Complete scam. They advertise that you have a "100 day trial period" or "100 return policy" but fail to inform you that in order to return the product, you had to keep it in it's original packaging. How the heck are customers supposed to try it and return it if they do not like it? False and misleading advertising. Should be forced to stop doing business. Stay away!

Mangelhaft. Bezahlt und keine Lieferung. Auf emails wird nicht geantwortet. Achtung und Finger weg.
