The website misrepresents itself for info that can be downloaded for free directly from DRV. The company does not send you invoices but rather sends Mahnungs with extra charges and too late to react before they send it to the Inkasso.

Warning: This is NOT the official German Pension Insurance (Deutsche Rentenversicherung) website.

In April 2026, I found this site through Google. The website closely imitates the official Deutsche Rentenversicherung portal in design, colours, and layout. I assumed it was an official service.

After submitting my request, I received an invoice from REGIS DATASEC LTD (London, UK). The same document is available for FREE directly from the Deutsche Rentenversicherung at drv.de.

Important: When I used the site, the submit button was labeled just "Anfordern" (Request) with no indication of payment. They have since changed it to "Kostenpflichtig bestellen" (Order with payment obligation) — likely after being formally warned by the German Consumer Protection Agency (Verbraucherzentrale Niedersachsen). They also changed their logo, which originally closely resembled the official DRV logo. The old version is still visible in the Web Archive.

After I refused to pay and sent a formal objection, I received repeated payment reminders with increasing amounts and even automated robocalls from hidden numbers.

The Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund itself called this a "Betrugsfall" (fraud case) and recommended filing a police report and contacting the Verbraucherzentrale. The site is also flagged by the Verbraucherzentrale Fakeshop-Finder.

If you need pension documents in Germany, go directly to drv.de or call them. Do not use this site.

Fraudulent webservice charging for a service available for free. They now changed their layout slightly to show difference from the legitimate website but still retain the fake logo un the browsers weblink line.

Searching for "rentenauskunft.de fraud" you will find all the warnings

they highlight :

they charge you for passing on your info to the legitimate website but at least now changed ths "send" button to say now "kostenpflictig bestellen" in the hope that you see "kostenlos bestellen" as stated in the text above

They charge you additional fees if not paying up threatening you with engaging third parties at additional cost to retrieve funds

I am not a German citizen but I wanted the papers for the processing of my citizenship. I ordered it thinking it is the legit site and then when I realised that it is from UK instantly within 5mins I sent a cancellation. They replied the next day that it is not possible. They have all my personal data(name, address, date of birth). Now every week they send me an email and the price charges keep increasing it’s already 37.40 euros. Now they are also threatening me that the debt collector will come to me and I will be charged legally. They also mentioned that it is going to affect my credit scores. What am I gonna do in this case? Is there any where I can complain? I was thinking of reporting to police but I am also not sure how it works here. This is kind of stressing me out so much and also very scary as they have my personal details. It would be really helpful if someone could give me a suggestion where and how I can complain about them legally. This is totally absurd.

Fraud

As I was in hurry and this website almost looks like same design, i thought it was the official one and by mistake i ordered the pension information document using this website. Then i got notification for the payment 29.90 euro which is too much originally offered by the actual provider as a free service.

I wanted to terminate this request but there is no way to do this. So I had to pay 29.90 euro for my foolish activity. Although I paid the amount on the last day they mentioned but they send me email for late payment by claiming they did not receive it.

This is just a website doing kind of fraud with people in hurry.

scam alert

These people are scam , they charge for a service that requires no effort . These scammers have a website that seems identical to actual DRV website. I was also adviced by DRV not pay these scammers.
