No responce from customer service, long shipping delays
First there were payment problems. I tried to contact them via email and website chat - no luck, absolutely no replies even 2 weeks after. Only confirmation emails, but no human ever looked into my requests.
Rear tire was shipped quickly, but front tire took them 2 weeks to ship. Delivery is via PostNord which is even more of a circuis... Not the experience I would wish for anyone. Hopefully it's just me being unlucky (?).

Never got the tyres, waiting refund
Ordered tyres, waited couple weeks and the day they should arrived the tracking changed ”courier has returned the tyres”.
So I didnt get them and the customer service practially said ”sorry, try to order them again” but the prices already went 10% up. So no, wont order again and pay even more.
They dont have any responsibility or intress to make things right. The first response customer service ”ai bot” was more usefull than real one, it even gave me 5% discount but after all even that code didnt work, in the checkout basked said ”this code cant be used in this store”. So nothing they say/do cant be trusted. Still waiting my money back after 4 days.

Post Nord delivered the four wheels in three deliveries. First I got two tires, then went for the pickup myself and got one more. And about a week later got the fourth wheel. Totally stupid.

I got wrong tyre
