Fast shipping and very fresh tires!

I still haven't received my front tire that I ordered. I received one of the two tires I paid for, and now, I'm being asked how my experience was and to write a review. I would highly recommend looking else where if you want to actually get what you pay for. Don't waste your time or money.

I've been waiting for delivery for three weeks.

Excellent selection and prices. Shipped it to my local shop and everything went according to plan. Will buy my next set of tires here, for sure. Plus, I’ve been recommending Grip500 to all my friends.

Fast delivery. Decent prices.

Ordered tyres and attempted to cancel my order within 24 hours but just kept getting robots to chat with - no humans.
Wasted an entire day waiting for their "customer service" agents to reply - nothing.
Then, in the middle of the night I received an email that the tyres had been shipped.
Adding insult to injury, when I contacted the local installation firm they recommended, the firm said they'd never heard of Grip500 and weren't connected in any way with them!
I am filing a complaint with my bank to get monies refunded and tyres will be refused upon delivery. Tracking info states company is actually Best4Tires Berlin GmbH; company's phone is disconnected and their email link just reloads the page you're on.
AVOID THIS FIRM! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMING ROBOTS!
(Guaranteed a robot will put a cut-and-paste 'reply' promising resolution... been hearing this for days now...)
UPDATE: finally heard from their elusive "customer service" department by email stating that (of course) the order has been shipped and cannot be canceled. Also my other available option would be to refuse to accept the delivery and be charged 30€ PER TIRE to return them. And guess what? They say, "let us know if you plan to refuse delivery" so they can charge my card again (they can't because I've had to close the card number I gave them to avoid being ripped off more by this unscrupulous firm).
Now I understand why they shipped them as 4 individual items instead of one; it's all part of their scam.
We live in the age of instantaneous communication; a company that stonewalls you and refuses to communicate until it's too late to do anything is doing so by choice.
Huge mistake giving these scammers my hard-earned money. Avoid them like the plague!
2nd UPDATE: one week into this nightmare and still being given the run-around by robots. Cut-and-pasted 'stock' email replies have been received; the only mail appearing to be actually written by a human being states that "someone has contacted you already" which is a LIE. These people are criminals, hiding behind robots while trying to rip you off. In my 70 years on this earth I've never had a more psychologically devastating purchasing experience. Attempting to deal with this company has left me physically and emotionally drained. I'm sure their chatbot will again give another cute reply, but THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!

After fighting with them for a month now I still don’t get any return addresses for the 13 year old tires. And is in Finland we have 14 days open by . Rightto return the tires . And I’m not getting my money back . Ended up getting new tires from a different dealer . Stay clear this is a scammer and fraud

The delivery was trible. The diversity is good. The prices are not cheap, are comparable with local store prices if they exist.

Super easy to place order, nicely packed rims were delivered. Moreover I got the rims delivered directly to one of the nearest tyre installation point, and then I had scheduled an appointment with them. Everything was super smooth and the guys were really fast in installing the tyres on the rims, checking the balance of the wheel and then installing it on the car.
No complaints. Super easy peasy,

I have not received my order, the chat/ customer help - bot is not responding - even when I give the order id. It just says i need to open a customer support ticket.

I opened a customer support ticket and no update.

I did not get any order tracking code and the order is late already.

The new tires were manufactured over two and half years ago from the purchase date. Otherwise everything went well.

Not installed yet, but delivery was fast. Delivery company did not call, no text message, no signature was asked. They just dropped them off without informing me.

Tires are 11 months old, DOT 4423. Not great, but ok.

At first they looked like used tires and had to wash them before even considering installing them. They were very dirty. Scruffed and full of abrasion marks.

I have no doubt they are great tires and a good upgrade to previous ones.

great experince, easy to select to buy, and delivery was on time.

Tyres were good and under year from the production. Only problem was that they use gls to send these. It took 7 working days for one tyre and 11 working days for another tyre to be delivered. Been ordering other companies during the years and longest time to get tyre has been 5 working days from europe.

Maybe the order could have arrived faster. The price was really good. The delivery arrived at the post office in neat condition.
