I paid for my tires on 28/03, and today is 07/05 — I still have not received them. Every time I contact them, they keep telling me to “be patient.”
After contacting DPD directly, I was informed that the tires were delivered to another canton and signed for, following instructions from the company itself.
This is completely unacceptable. They neither deliver my tires nor refund my money.
Terrible customer service, no transparency, and no solution after weeks of waiting. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

The situation with the wrong order…
The situation with the wrong order tyres was very poor and the support team’s communication, especially regarding cancellations, was lacking. They consistently forced customers to pay for their mistakes or lacked the experience to handle DPD effectively.

I don’t give 5 stars, just because I can’t saw where exactly was my order after it left Germany. And they could come with plastic wrap.

All good, except tires delivery service company
All good, fast, competitive prices. Just the company delivering the tires didn't even ring the bell, so that I was not able to inspect the tires, as Reifenleader asks it's customers. It's not on them, but they should instruct the logistic company properly. So one star less than five only for that reason.

Good service from the supplier
Good service from the supplier, only problem was the delivery company, DPD didn’t deliver as they said there were problems with my address, ( it was correct) on searching their depot location I found they have lots of negative customer reports for the same reason, DPD are incompetent lazy unprofessional layabouts,

Tires were listed for 2-3 day delivery…
Tires were listed for 2-3 day delivery but 48 hours after ordering I was informed they would take 3 weeks. I was traveling and almost didn't get another step of tires in time from another supplier due to this false advertising.

Our delivery estimates are based on the information available at the time of purchase, but they can unfortunately change due to transport constraints, stock allocation issues, or unexpected incidents on the logistics network. That said, a change from a few days to around 3 weeks is clearly not what you expected and deserves a proper check.
If you haven’t already, please open a request via your secure customer area (or our contact form) with your order number so our service after-sales team can review what happened on your shipment and provide the appropriate solution.

Never received the tires
Never received the tires. I was provided with 2 different delivery confirmations with different dates. They said they'd provide me with the signed delivery note, was never provided.
A lot of the reviews seem positive but I have my doubts.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
