Edit: The computer has now arrived.
To summarise, too many emails went unanswered for too long while the item I purchased was stuck in the delivery process for 10 days.
Hopefully, next time the experience will be better.

It was in excellent condition, clean, and looked almost new. Even the fans were completely dust-free, which shows the care and quality put into the product. They also responded to my email within an hour, which really impressed me. Highly recommended!
