Brought a 3x3 gazebo from Royalcraft if you want a gazebo this is the firm to buy from ,from start to finish they can’t do enough for you , when I had a problem erecting they were there helping me they even came out and rectified the problems without any arguments from them ,the two lads that came were brilliant, this is a five star firm,⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from a very satisfied customer.

I contacted royalcraft about rattan…
I contacted royalcraft about rattan garden furniture my father purchased which was not cheap, the rattan has fallen apart on the table which is always covered when not in use. Customer services appeared helpful until they couldn't find a replacement and basically told me that was the end of it. I'm absolutely disgusted and can assure you I will never purchase your goods again. As for your reply as its out of warranty you want to charge me and the fact I'm already out of pocket it not good enough

Very misleading
Very misleading. Item was quite expensive but arrived in an incredibly bad condition and it looks like it was used and returned. Wood was in a very bad condition, bottom of the table was full of stains (that might be mould), legs of the chairs were dirty and rundown. It looks like they have sent me a used item that is in a very bad condition. Furthermore, the cushions are advertised as Beige/neutral but they were actually grey and very cheap material. They looked nothing like the photos. Not in colour and not in material. This is serious misrepresentation

Lovely outdoor furniture, would recommend it to anyone, seat cushions could do with being a bit firmer, other wise a very good buy, 1 issue the delivery people dropped the big one , good job it was packed well or it might have broken

Great customer service. The product we ordered was missing a part and I emailed support and got an email back within a few hours giving two options. I'm very pleased with how fast my inquiry was handled. The product we purchased is very well made and the directions to assemble the product were well written.
