Nigel Hanna serviced and repaired our tap yesterday . WOW....I have never had such great service from an engineer. I now know everything about my tap and how to look after it. The tap is gleaming like brand new and in full working order. A lovely friendly man as well.

Phone call answered immediately. Person on other end was helpful and efficient and booked me in for a repair for a week hence. However promised to try and fit in a repair before the given date. Engineer came the next morning. Pleasant, efficient; repaired Quooker tap quickly and cleaned tap for me. Advised on next service and maintenance of appliance. Great service no wonder your products are sought after. Thanks Calum.

Colin Le came to service a Quooker Cube that wasn’t working. He was great and did an excellent job.

Bradley Jones & Milad fitted my new quooker tap with the cube. They arrived on time, were professional, clean and tidy workers. They explained the tap fully and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

Paul C arrived promptly and dealt with the issue well. He was polite, pleasant and discussed what the issue was. I was very pleased indeed with the visit.

I just wanted to write a short review to advise what outstanding service Quooker provided us with, when we moved house last week. We wanted to take our Quooker tap to our new property, and was unsure how this would work. I needn’t have worried as the engineer Chris Foot was amazing, 💯 efficient & professional, ensuring everything went seamlessly. We are now able to enjoy our incredible tap again. Excellent job!

Samantha was excellent, sorted out the non delivery of my items and re issued them. First class.

Great visit by the engineer, installing a new tap and tank. Did have an issue but did a great job of overcoming it. Colin Le was knowledgeable and tidy.

Only issue would be that the tank and tap were delivered to my home with no notice. Was not expecting that. Let customers know what's going to happen next time please.

I got myself in a complete pickle and ordered the wrong product. I sent an email request through asking for help and Samantha Bowie replied but didn’t just reply, she had been into my account to see the status of my complaint and noticed I had sorted out my problem but still took the time to email me to make sure everything was okay. Very good customer service.

It was frustrating that my first set of replacement Quooker cylinders have been lost by UPS. Samantha Bowie was very helpful. She replied promptly to my email and subsequently called me to explain the situation which was appreciated. She has sent new cylinders. It's only gas when all is said and done but being treated well makes all the difference in any customer transaction.

The company quooker use for automated signatures route you to BUY "their" sign off product before you sign the quooker contract. This is very tacky and unprofessional. If your company wants to appear professional dump the company you use and get one which does it properly. This almost made me give up as it annoyed me so much. The installation was ok and the tap seems to work as described but its only been in a few weeks so too early to judge really. Oh and the tap was really expensive.

our quooker engineer was mathew jordan and i couldn’t speak more highly of him ,clean,thorough and done a fantastic job,belief in the building trade i see a lot so called tradesmen.he is definitely top notch.
i will be requesting mathew for my next service if possible. great job😀

The engineer Calum was great, on time, efficient, polite, clean and tidy.

Replaced the faulty parts and even polished the old tap back up.

Really impressed.

Brilliant products. I have the tank, the flex tap, and the cube. About a year after installation, my hot water tank packed up. These things can happen with mechanical items, so I wasn’t annoyed but called service immediately about the problem. Service arranged a visit within days. A technician called Jamie, along with an apprentice, swapped the tank out for a new one, tested everything, and found a fault with the tap. The sensor was faulty so the flex hose, when pulled out, was not cutting off the boiling water which it was supposed to do as a safety feature. I didn’t even realise this was an issue, but they fixed it on the spot “as we’re here anyway”. Really friendly guys, called me about 20 minutes before to let me know they were on their way, and were really quick and efficient in swapping the tank over and then checking everything from the water pressure to the water hardness level, just to make sure everything was within normal working parameters. Excellent quality products backed up by a top notch service.
