Very responsive and very helpful with orders.

I completely messed up applying the top skin and stretched it out. I emailed them to ask about buying a replacement piece, and Chris replied offering to send a new one completely free of charge. Honestly didn't expect that at all. Shoutout to Chris for sorting it out so quickly.

Ive been using this company for their phone skins for a number of years now because they are just amazing. Really easy to apply, a great selection to choose from and really quick delivery.

Qskinz have affordable great quality laptop and mobile skins. They last a long time too Sonam back again purchasing for my new laptop and phone. They do have interesting and quirky designs for your needs. Will buy again!

An absolute ball ache to fit properly. Nothing really lines up, it’s so fiddly and you end up taking it off and putting it back on multiple times to get anywhere near a decent fit. Looks ok now it’s on but the corners let it down. Will probably just throw it away and cut my losses!

Ordered 4 phone cases on their website on the 08 Aug, on the 25 Aug they were dispatched with arrival said to be 01 Sept. I opted for "No Rush - Tracked Delivery". They should rename it "can't be bothered & forget the tracking delivery". 2 and a half weeks before dispatch with a tracking number for Royal Mail that gives the "Tracking information is not available for this service" advice on the Royal Mail website. So why bother with tracking and why am I paying £2.95 for a service that would have been quicker if I had walked to where ever they are and collected the cases. It really is unacceptable to take so long before dispatching the item and even longer to receive it. I would have cancelled but I am told "return item once received if not happy".

Do not trust reviews for this company. They eventually reached out to me and admitted the product was faulty, but said they have a policy of no refunds if a customer leaves a negative review!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY- positive reviews cannot be trusted as this looks to be the only way to obtain refunds. I will provide the email trail to trustpilot

As others have said, qskinz is no longer responding to requests for support. I received my skin after several weeks, however multiple pieces were missing and the main skin was damaged (the box was in perfect condition, so it was not a transit issue). I emailed in for support and promptly received an assurance that i would receive a response within 5 business days. Several weeks and multiple emails later, no response. It has now been a month and I've just received an email saying "good news, we just finished moving and your order will be on the way soon. Reply if you need assistance". There was never any previous mention they were moving, communication extremely poor to this point. I have replied stating that i still have a problem. If they still refuse to help i will perform a credit card charge back via my bank, and would we recommend others do the same. Extremely dissappointed, i paid a considerable amount expecting a high quality product and high quality service. To date, service is much much much worse than what i receive from aliexpress. Avoid this company.

Ordered a skin for my mac on the 24th of july, a month later I havent heard anything, and not a sound from them after sending two emails asking about updates. Steer clear.

Didn't line up nor did it fit well. Quality very poor. Seems like a printed peice of a sticker. Customer service didnt help too. Emailed in as requested but no refund. I'd honestly avoid.

I ordered from you on the 24th of July and have not received my order, and there is no tracking. I want my money back today. What a scam. Do not trust this company they will steal your money. I have contacted them a week ago and got no reply.

The skins from Qskinz are high quality and the support is great. The material used are very good. The process to apply the skins are rather easy, with videos to allow a good application. I already bought several skins for several devices, Macbooks and iPhones.

I found the website to be very easy to use with a wide selection of products to fit my phone. My skin arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I found it very easy to apply (but instructions were provided) and it looks great! The pattern is printed clearly and the colours are vivid.

First and foremost, ive used Qskin for lots of mh devices and it never fails the quality, fit perfection, texture, everything about the skin is amazing. I recently ordered a new skin for my 23ultra, unfortunately while waiting for my order, I had to replace my phone. So I emailed Qskin and asked how the process would be to return the 23ultra skin and get a 26ultra skin. I got a response quickly, and Chris with Qskin simply gave me a credit to get a new skin ordered for my new phone. Without having to send there old skin back to them and waiting for that whole process, I was able to just order my new skin for my new phone and go on with things!! Super Amazing Customer Service and personable as well. Thank you Chris with Qskinz for helping.
