Unfortunately very poor quality going hand in hand with poor customer service. Leather broke after few months left and right of each shoe. So far about sustainability…
Customer service stated that quality management at plakton is on outstanding level and the issue must be related to improper usage on my end. As goodwill they offered a 15% discount for my next purchase. For sure I will use it 🙄

Customer service is very poor. Phone line is constantly engaged (been calling for 2 days!) and email bounced back. I would not buy direct from them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes one size larger than my usual size, as recommended on Plakton's website. When they arrived, they were still too small.

I contacted customer service, and we exchanged messages over several days. Unfortunately, they showed no flexibility or goodwill. Instead, they insisted that their size guide was generally accurate and said the only solution was to return the shoes at my own expense and order the same style one size larger—which was no longer available.

In the end, I paid a total of €25 in shipping costs and was left without any shoes, even though I had followed their sizing recommendation exactly. This is not the level of customer service I expect from a company that values its customers.

Amazing customer service.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size, I emailed to request that the order is cancelled as I could see my correct size had sold out. Ian emailed me back straight away offering an alternative without the need for an additional cost. He has been extremely helpful.

I’ll definitely be purchasing again
